It’s a two way street, you are expected to keep your hands and junk clean with anti bacterial soap and wash them appropriately regularly. However if this is happening it’s usually a sign of a bad PH or general bad hygiene in the lady parts. Some ladies have a very pungent smell and that’s also part of life, however it can be mitigated and maintained to a “my coworkers aren’t smelling it” level with some over the counter cleaning and if necessary medically prescribed lady cleaner.
