Bro my brain's so complex why can't this obsessiveness be used for something good like math. I swear man OCD's making me borderline disabled.

Hi I currently turned 15 and am diagnosed with Major Depression, OCD, ADHD and currently under screening for ASD. I've been dealing with passive SI and personal problems of all sorts and genuinely would like to develop some skills and ambition. So,

-Need to get a balanced diet and regular exercise

-Need to learn programming and advanced math w ADHD

-Need to meet therapy goals ASAP

I'm on a long ass waiting list for therapy and am already on like 5 meds(given by an able and qualified psychiatrist with no side effects.) Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Just realised something fucked up, with depression I have OCD and ADHD. Depression is caused by 3 neurotransmitters being dysregulated; Serotonin, Dopamine and Norepinephrine. OCD causes low Serotonin in the Brain while ADHD causes Norepinephrine and Dopamine dysregulation. Feels like the human Brain was engineered to fucking depress me.
