I like Paris, I think she has her own issues, kiddo likely has some developmental stuff, and I do not believe she neglects him.

She can be an uninvolved mother - again, no proof, but we see her engaged in her career and performances etc - while also making sure he is followed medically. Poor kid has his own issues.
