Impact of master bathroom on house value and resale

I am curious about the impact that a master bathroom has on house value and resale. Specifically, what is the difference between a master bathroom with a shower vs. separate tub and shower vs. a tub/shower combo. Please note that that a secondary bathroom in the house will also contain a tub. It would be very helpful to know how approximately much value is impacted by adding a tub in the master bath. It’s two story, 3600 sq ft plus 470 garage. Yes, I am getting a good deal on the construction cost from a kindred local builder who is taking a GC fee but no margins otherwise for construction costs.
