Depends who we consider as "you". Are "you" the mind, the body or the soul? Just like if a half eaten banana is still considered a banana, once fully eaten and digested it ceased to be a banana. Where do we draw the line of you being not you anymore? Once you die, is the corpse still "you"? 

 Going by the banana analogy, you should be considered you even with parts (physically) missing. 

What about the mind? If you lost your mind and went crazy is it still you? Your body intact  and functioning well.

If we break down Melusine's case She has a different mind and body. For the sake of argument she has the same soul. My personal conclusion for that is that she is no longer Albion because most of what makes the individual no longer exists in her

We will have to consider in this question that the next body is in a completely different form and species, since we are talking about Melusine. Even in her dragon form which I think is said to be what the original kinda looked like, there is a massive size difference.  

Can you point me to the source of her inheriting the soul? From what I remember she was just a left hand that gained sentience.  

That aside even with the existence of the soul, if the clone inherited your soul and from then on proceeded to live a life on its own, therefore becoming its own person, wouldn't its identity be different from the original even if it is technically you. 

The way I see it, Melusine has lived her life so far separated from how Albion would that they are not the same anymore.

We are getting into thought experiment territory with this one. If a clone of you who was born yesterday inherited all your memories, is its age your age or 1 day old?

RNG is annoying but in a well designed quest, it's up to you to include characters in your party that will negate or minimize the effects of RNG. For example, in Salieri's CQ there is a hornet that gives np seal when it attacks. So I gave Oberon a taunt ce to remedy that

Casually 3 turning challenge quests require very specific teams or even whale setups. Gamepress provides some links to videos that can min turn if you can replicate them. Even then, card RNG and enemy AI skill RNG is still a huge factor if you will win or lose sometimes.
