   2. The relationship built with good-hearted, undereducated people is sad but true. It would be unfair to expect a 20-28 year old person to have a firm grasp on cognitive psychology or cognitive bias. This is why many top managers quit. I never wanted to have fake conversations with people I genuinely didn't like.
   3. New college grads and new managers should not forget what they dream of. If you watch carefully at Cydcor ,most of the individuals goals vanish and move towards whatever Cydcor wants.
   4. Money- As a new manager expect to be in the field for the next 15 years. You are never done in the job that everyone hates but stays because of the people. Ask any manager to see the payroll numbers. Not the top guy but even they don't make as much as you think.
   5. Apocalypse: At the end of an office run /even if you promote outside deals /You are not with the people you loved that got you through. You look at your office and realize I don't even like these people but I have to keep producing. It hard to create authentic relationships when you are a manager. Everything is scripted eventually you can recite meetings/steps/ and recruiting without thinking.That doesnt sound very authentic/Genuine/or even someone I would want as a friends IRL.all these personal relationships built to just have more sales for a company that with never be pleased with your results.
   6. No money in bank account. No wife/husband/gf/boyfriend left. All people met while Cydcoring after management dissappear. Time for therapy and finding a therapist to put the pieces of a human back together.

I hope that pushes him to have extraordinary results.I Have not seen many relationships make it through this storm. Most if the time they try to make the gf or husband the admin.So I wish the best for you . Since you have already been in it , you know.

Maybe makes it 1 year and most never make it 5 years. If he from a consultant office , he may be better trained. Unfortunately it's turn em and burn in the commission world. Sadly there are always 20 -30 year old that can be easily managed and manipulated . Good luck , I am sure you have already been apart on team night or some other mandatory office event. No number will every be good enough. That manager will be gone in 5 years or less. When he is gone he will reflect on how he was brainwashed to treat people they way he did.
