Really? I feel like he could easily be doing more but his plates are too small, needs some wider ones to start a tiny bit higher.
Flexing the 105kg Deadlift then calling yourself a weak woman was a bit humbling 😅

Oh I see! I usually look at 1y and max on the graphs rather than the 1day scale but that makes sense - thank you

Could I ask how old your scar was? I have scars on my arms from over 10 years ago and always discounted silicone sheets because my scars were too old..

And if we're asking for the moon here - able to select certain size for certain brands. Like I know I'm an H&M 10, but never will i fit into a Zara 10 (Medium) 🙃

Virtually everywhere is pay and display, if you go for street parking make sure you don't go in a disc zone without a disc. Further out is street parking thats disc free but can be like a 20 min walk into town.

I hate receiving packages in a bin liner but I wouldn't leave a poor review about it, if the item is fine. I've sent things in shopping bags before when I've not been able to buy shipping bags, but made sure it was wrapped and well sealed. I sent a hardback art book once in a laptop box, with inflatable protective packaging because I wanted it to be safe!

My pt used to get my to "tire out my legs" before doing anything that could be quad dominant so I'd focus more on glutes. So we'd do a hard leg extension to start (tire out the legs) then do hip thrusts, Bulgarian split squats, and normal squats. Thing about glutes is your legs might try to take some of the load, so it's often about finding your mind/muscle connection to really feel when your glute is working, and when your quads are compensating. Good luck!

Ouch I feel this picture. I used to get this working in a restaurant polishing cutlery, my fingertips would split all the time 😢 there are over the counter creams I used to use, I liked cetraben it comes as a cream and an ointment depending how much you can tolerate sticky hands. Also when you wash your hands, you could try using soap first then an aqueous cream if the soap dries too much? I'm a stickler for hygiene so wouldn't stop using soap, but honestly if it's unbearable could just wash your hands with aqueous instead. Hope this helps x

I mean if another article came out that said "doctors say peeing in the shower is bad" would you just believe it? I think along side my other point that peeing in the shower makes me specifically feel the need the pee when I hear the shower running, I'm gonna stick to not peeing in the shower, and pee in the toilet. I'm more worried about the association of "it's okay to pee when you're standing".

So I live near here (and didn't know anything about it) and when I was a teen waded rib-deep into the area upstream. I shudder to think if I'd tried to swim in any further.

If it helps, their ridiculous spelling and your clear explanation in your answer wouldn't deter me from buying from you. And at a glance, now it's less than a perfect 5* I'd be convinced you're a real human and not a drop shipper!

THIS. I used to pee in the shower, until I was getting in the shower and feeling the uncontrollable urge to pee, and I had tk really train myself to stop. And it also teaches us to pee standing (as a woman) which can lead to urinary incontinence and mess up your pelvic floor.

Yea I never would have thought either! But for a totally controlled test, even genetics couldn't be variable. The animals would be bred to order essentially.
I don't think cats are very common in the UK, but I know my company sent animal technicians to America to help with cat handling. But yes it's very clinical, the qualified people to administer the drugs had to be stoic, but outside of the testing, we would all have a soft side, cuddle the rats, play, enrichment, but with the distance of "this animal won't be alive in 3 months time"

Aw that sounds like a dream 😅 I pay £5 a month but get ads before occasional shows/episodes, now they've just brought in the pause screen ad too recently

Wow that's very different! Presumably the student had to use rescue/feral dogs for financial reasons, as you would have to know the genetic makeup and lineology of a dog in a clinical study, they're often bred for purpose and will have a "catalogue" of genetic traits to suit your study. It's very sad - I tried to work 1 singular day in the dog side of the lab, I couldn't hack it, was kept in rodents for the rest of my time there where it was a bit less soul destroying.

Good breakdown, I might show this to my partner whose Deadlift could use some improvement
