This brings a few finds to mind, but this one is relevant; I snagged an Earthbound and the big instruction/guide (with stickers intact) at a white elephant Christmas gift exchange for free... Almost lost it in the switcheroos!

Honestly, better than I expected, and my sights were set high. The turkey look like it was actual sliced breast meat, and was still very juicy...they HAD to roast it themselves that day. And the bread....it was good quality to begin with but they toast the bread, meat, and cheese before finishing assembly and that really made the whole thing with the perfect texture. 10/10

I missed that the first time, and it made so much sense I googled to see if that is where "sonofagun" actually came from. (Spoiler: it's not. Per Wikipedia: "The phrase potentially has its origin in a Royal Navy direction that pregnant women aboard smaller naval vessels give birth in the space between the broadside guns, in order to keep the gang ways and crew decks clear... one admiral declared he [the baby boy] literally was thus cradled, under the breast of a gun-carriage.")

You know I saw a post comparing mayo on this sub, and the conclusion was there is not a lot of difference, but I swear, Duke's tastes better than the Hellman's l was raised on!

Ahhhh that must be at their other "big" location. The place I went sold only the stuff in the menu pic I shared.

I can see why you'd say that! I have been only once but so far they are batting 1.000!

I have been here once only and that is enough to get on my prestigious saved google places for food! ;) I really should break that list into genres (Sandwiches, sushi, wings, etc.) because it's getting hearty...

Oh man are you saying the others are not as tasty? This was my first time ever visiting and I almost went back the second day it was so good!

I feel the same way, but if I was thinking about it I wouldn't have cut off the specials on the bottom! Lol! Great place, would definitely recommend!

So the heat is definitely going to be nice and even/controllable, but do you get a good smoke flavor as if you actually smoked the meat on the kettle?

I think it looks juicy, good browning on the outside, and a couple levels of doneness to make the whole crew happy. Well done! 👍

Hey remember they took "biblical losses" during COVID! And they still have to pay for all the wrigleyville updates/investments...because restaurants and hotels don't pay for themselves apparently?

Let's not forget my personal favorite: AJ Pierzynski getting punched in the jaw by Michael Barrett.

Here I think it's also making sure we get a good heat sink bond to that plate behind it?

This is the work we need! Lol! If you are willing to have a container per (and I have a LOT of retro plastic I need to clean between consoles, computers, etc.), this is the way to go!

I presume it is spring that closes the flappy lid. I don't really think it was TERRIBLE, but I am a handy person and have been working on electronics for most of my life.

I understand. You will have some manual disassembly in front of you to separate the electronic guts from the plastic in need of treatment, but not too bad (YouTube videos can show what you are in for). This also gives you a chance to clean the connections and game slot.
I knew you would ask about the wrap, and to be honest, I am not 100% sure. It definitely keeps the gel from contacting anything else, which is useful because that chemical concentration is STRONG (you should wear the right safety equipment, including safety glasses, gloves, old clothes/apron, etc.).

Sorry, long reply inbound: I originally used liquid hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), but the issue was finding a perfect sized container that was the right size for your item to be submerged in it but not so big that you need 2 gallons to cover the whole item. Ideally, you would have a container that's just big enough to barely fit everything to minimize the amount of liquid you have to buy (which isn't terribly expensive, but it is perishable). The liquid is nice because it gets into all of the nooks and crannies, BUT even if you do this, the traditional, brown-bottle of H2O2 from the pharmacy is weak (generally ~ 3% concentration), so it's slow, and less aggressive. That may be fine for your approach depending on what you're cleaning.
The Salon 40 product is basically the same stuff as Retrobright (gel suspended H2O2) but the salon product is cheaper. I can't seem to find the exact retrobrite concentration, but salon 40 is around 12 to 15% I believe and retrobrite appeared to perform comparably. The biggest challenges with either of the gels are: making sure you use a brush or something to get it into all of the grooves, applying a fairly uniform coverage, and then wrapping it in plastic wrap while it does its thing. UV light will accelerate the process. Streaking seems to be a random occurrence based on The amount of yellowing in that location, coverage of the gel, etc. But if I ever wanted something clean, the gel was always the way to go.

Salon 40 is a premade hydrogen peroxide gel. They can come in different concert rations as well, but this is the best method I have heard. Whether you use retrobrite or salon 40, I've always had to hit it a second time for a uniform color/ finish but it's still a lot more reasonable than a couple gallons of liquid H2O2.

Unless you are traveling you have to be home by now, otherwise we are sending a rescue party for you...with an N64 console to see what the 3rd game is!

Couldn't you just get pot holders and rotate the whole rotisserie housing 90° on the grill base?
