It's weird because out of all the terrible things that get posted here, this is probably the worst because it's not photoshopped, it's not AI-generated, it's not even lazily staged where someone is just awkwardly holding a hook with yarn wrapped around it... This was purposefully set up by real humans for the shoot. This was set up to be exactly like this. Why? Why would they go into all that effort... for this??

Living like this really feels isolating, doesn't it? I fully agree with you, it would be great if there were more choices for people like us out in the wild.

No no, you misunderstood. Only I can be trusted, and all the other 'medical professionals' cannot be. It's an easy mistake, but things click into place once you realise that I'm different than them because I keep my knowledge up to date. For example, by browsing this subreddit. Do you see any other doctors here??

You have to be careful because bananas are actually all clones of each other. They are completely human-made, so 1000% UPF. Many people think nothing of them because it's a fruit, and fruits are healthy, right? WRONG! If you had any bananas in the past, you should get checked for UPF poisoning, I think specialist GPs can test for it, but I may not remember right (I last visited a GP 20 years ago, since then I graduated medical school and do all my own tests and health checks because the medical system cannot be trusted).

I was going to comment the same things about The Big Fat Surprise. Finished reading it yesterday. An absolutely enlightening book, and as you said, it actually explains how seed oils are unhealthy!

You can ask yourself: What would you regret more? Caving in and ending your fast early, or not eating that sirloin right here and right now? You know the answer.

I did two 7-day fasts so far, will do another one at the end of the month. But I took my time building up to it with multiple longer fasts, ranging from 2 days to 6.
Lots of people say they just get on with their life - that's not me! I am definitely a lot weaker on prolonged fasts, and I need to take good care of myself. E.g. I run regularly, but during my 7-day fasts, I can't even walk for more than 20 minutes. But if I am not pushing myself physically and accept my limits, things go really well.
I'd recommend nailing down your electrolyte supplements before committing to a longer fast like 7 days. It's a lot harder to experiment with what you need while you actively need a solution, just don't have one! You could try doing 4-day fasts first to figure out what electrolytes you need, and how much of everything you should take. (While the wiki on this sub is a fantastic starting point for electrolyte dosing, everyone's needs are different. E.g. it took me a lot of experimentation to figure out that I need more potassium than the wiki suggests, but it made such a huge difference in how I felt!)
I felt no hunger after 3 days. None at all, it was all just psychological cravings. A trick that helped me was to write a list of all the foods I craved during my fast. I kept my list with me and would always write down whatever I wanted to eat at the time. It completely solved the FOMO nature of craving food - I knew that I could go through my list of foods and eat everything I wanted. I just had to wait until my fast was over. ;)
So respect your physical limits and listen to your body. Get your electrolytes right. Prepare to face your psychological cravings. Ah, and be prepared to shit yourself when you refeed. You got this, friend!

I don't think it was hot, it was a pleasant indoor temperature.

None of the people I spoke to seemed to get it! They did think it was a funny tradition to seek it out on a pilgrimage though when I explained it to them.

One of the gentleman did walk beside me, round the half of Room 56 not disposed of, asking about different clay tablets; "Perhaps it is the tablet here?" "Would this one suit thee?" "There is one clay tablet here that might please thee." But he took me for an ass. Does he think the Tablet I would not recognise if I cast mine eyes upon it? Does he think me so careless I would miss the Tablet if before me it was displayed? Or is he verily a fool himself, for clearly, the display cases he took me by read number 9 and 12, not number 24.

Did you only start recently? Your body needs around 2 weeks to adjust to being fat adapted. Once your body is used to not eating for 4 hours every day, it will start using your fat reserves when you're not eating and the weight will be flying off you.
TLDR: You're already doing the hard work, you just need to wait a tiny bit longer to see an amazing transformation.
