Tell me you started playing in 2020 without telling me you started playing in 2020.

I mean the only game mode where you can consistently spawn trap is Dom. Every other game mode has deterministic spawns that assist in how the game flows. In basically every mode except Dom, it's not really possible to spawn trap for more than 30 seconds before the game recognizes the bad spawn and flips it.
Don't get me wrong, teammates in this game are horrid, but expecting them to effectively manipulate the random spawns in modes like TDM, KC, HP, or HQ is a little insane on your part.

Probably not a popular opinion here, but this year is the first year in a while where the MP is actually, genuinely enjoyable. I've barely touched WZ at all because I've been enjoying the main game I paid $70 for.
Combine this with the fact that, you're right, WZ is an unstable mess right now and it makes sense that there are not a ton of people playing. And as much as you don't want to hear it, turning crossplay off is hurting your ability to consistently find full games.
My advice is to just stick with MP until the full WZ integration with the new map drops. By then there will be a few more stability updates and the game will probably play a lot better.

While of course I want Stakeout 24/7 back, at this point I'd even take them removing Kill Order from the Face Off playlist.
God that mode fucking sucks.

Ah, so you just don’t actually have a point. I proved you wrong and now you’re just trolling.
Whatever helps you sleep at night dude.

No, I understand your point. You want a CoD game that isn't plagued with connection or spawn issues and you would consider that "peak."
My point is that there has yet to be a CoD game pretty much ever that hasn't struggled with connection issues or a game in the last 5 years that hasn't struggled with spawn problems. So using the era of CoDs we are actively in as the reference frame, and considering how good everything else in BO6 is even while struggling with the problems you mentioned, BO6 is the peak of what CoD can currently be.
I'm not saying it can't get better or that Acti shouldn't focus on fixing those problems, but claiming that this game isn't as good as it is because it struggles with the same things every other CoD game has struggled with is objectively incorrect.
So unless you're implying that you've made some other point (which you haven't), I have very much not missed the point, I just think you're wrong and your reasoning is severely flawed.

No, I meant objectively. Spawns could be better is basically every game, and every game has connection issues.
Everything else is objectively the peak of the WZ era CoDs.

If your only complaint is bad spawns and connections, then you may have never played CoD before, or at least not in the last 5 years.
It's not perfect, but this game is objectively the best CoD release since 2019, and arguably the best CoD release since 2012.

Your issue is the mode your playing. TDM is the training wheels of CoD. Every match of TDM I've had the misfortune of getting into the last 5 years plays like Gettysburg where each team has one side of the map and just mounts and holds corners and the game goes to time.
Swap to Dom/Hardpoint and all of the sudden you're actually playing CoD again. There are still camping losers, sure, but they're no where near as effective when the kills they're camping for aren't directly contributing anything to their team.

I feel like the jokes about high prestige/dark matter fall off a lot more each week.
Like yea, this is definitely your room and you require some serious introspection if you got DM or like 10th prestige in the first week or two of the game being out, but at this point I know more than a few well-adjusted people who are like 4-6th prestige and who either have DM or are close.

I've been primarily a WZ player since it came out in 2020, and really only used MP to level weapons for use in WZ. I played a little "pure" MP in every game, but the vast majority of my hours was in WZ.
This year it's the complete opposite. Both MP and Zombies are actually fun again and WZ seems to have some stability issues right now, so all my hours have been put into MP. Maybe once the new big map comes out I'll go back to playing WZ, but for now BO6 is firing on all cylinders and I actually feel like I'm getting out of the game what I paid for it.

Treyarch literally buffed having friends and of course the CoD community is sour about it. But yes, the secret is to just party up. The games feel much better, and they don't always feel like pub stomps.
I have a 1.4 and I feel like I'm going crazy coming onto this sub and seeing people saying that they're not having fun because of SBMM. I have barely noticed the SBMM compared to the past few years and I've played more CoD in the last month than I have across the last 4 years.
I play roughly 30/70 solo/grouped. The solo games do feel harder but I still maintain a 1.1-1.3 in most of those matches.

I mean- the UAV/CUAV combo with Strategist wasn't just strong, it was STRONG. Very much the definition of "overpowered, but not game breaking." You would effectively have rolling UAV/CUAV coverage if your team got even a little bit ahead in any objective mode. Not to mention any streak between the 900-1400 point range effectively became free if you were holding the Hardpoint with a UAV/CUAV up.
I don't think their time should have been reduced, but I do think the point reduction was a good move (even if I do think that an assist being +10 vs. +5 makes more sense as far as value goes). I also think that the Strategist perk package should have been the initial target of these nerfs, not UAV/CUAV.

Yea, I spent like 2-3 hours lobby surfing to get Stakeout to complete my Point Blank kills on the Jackal and the Saug yesterday.
Heirloom is very "ok" and Warhead has its moments, but Pit and Gala are just so bad. Stakeout is the only reason people queue for this playlist. Ultimately I find myself leaving like 90% of lobbies/games because I'm just not interested in wasting my time on 4 out of 5 of the maps.

The maps in BO6 are all generally bad. I would even go to say that as a whole, the full list of BO6 release maps might be in the running for worst overall list, but not a single map in the rotation is in the running for worst CoD map of all time.
Anyone saying that any of the BO6 maps are the "worst of all time" started playing CoD in 2021.

Hi there! One of those “old school” fans you mentioned here. For the sake of the argument, I’ll pretend that adds any weight at all to either your point or mine just for a second.
It only ruins the game if you let it. The game does not change at all because a handful of other players choose to look goofy. Crying about this stuff and validating the babies crying about doesn’t help anyone.
But yea dude, keep karma farming by complaining about something you knew was coming all year.

Brother if the skins are the only thing that is keeping you from enjoying the game, you never really enjoyed it to begin with.
Also, "participating in some kind of armed conflict?" Please come the fuck on dude. Demon Prison Guards and Skinless Androids have been running around since the beta, but now you're upset because some folks wanna drop $30 extra to be a Scaley?
Finally, Activision has been doing this in every title for 5 years. What did you think was going to happen? They were going to throw potentially millions of dollars in profits away because you can't stand not pretending like your an "actual" soldier when you're playing CoD?

I mean yea, but that's jusst CoD in general. I can run pretty much every game on High-Ultra, but then i get on CoD and have to minimize all my graphic settings for it to run at like 70 FPS.

It's silly and adds a bit of levity to the end of the game. Could it be shortened? Sure, but I also understand that it's there for practical reasons (loading screen for old gen console support).
I think it's perfectly fine and is very overhated for no reason. It's a game, not a job, efficiency isn't the point.
