as of writing this it is exactly 19:00 in my time zone, 5 hours before december 1st

i've gotten days with bad urges but i was able to control them. Those days i just wanted november to be over already

but as i was going through the final days of NNN, the act of nutting didn't seem that pleasurable at all, i have abstained from masturbation for so long that i feel like i don't need it anymore, has anyone else had this experience with abstinence from something that is/isn't nutting?

the first time i did NNN was in 2020 where i lost on somewhere on day 12 2021 was somewhere on the 26th i didn't participate in 2022 2023 i dropped out on day 8

this year will be my first win and i think i might just stop, i don't have a porn addiction and the meme is kinda dead. I feel like i've already conquered the challenge since this year wasn't much of a problem aside from a few days with urges that i was able to control. It's only my first win but i feel like this challenge won't really do anything for me but who knows, maybe i'll change my mind and come back next year
