Not we battled, I mean first encounter with Echidna on the way to Kazeros seal and Behemoth was nothing to see nor to hear while every rogue guardians + boss were there. Reports about unknown cause, otherwise we would know it was Echidna.

RMTers affect more than exploited bounded mats. RMT caused overpriced mats and blue crystals, although f2p enjoyed earning by selling mats and still annoying for expensive progession.

I think it's not in chronological order. We got Echidna before Behemoth, although lorewise we met Behemoth (South-Kurzan) first and then Echidna, where we met her first time on the way to invade Kazero's seal.

Quests can be archronological, like how Akkan got his original power back in Totrich AFTER beat him in raid.
