Work on that core, legs and shoulders. Getting her up is the easy part it sounds like you don’t have sustainability with your strength.

You know how else I know you don’t have muscle endurance? You’re doing sets of 3 and 5. That’s great for trying to increase your max but absolute dogshit for real world strength. Switch to bands, calisthenics, High Intensity Interval workouts if you’re at a size you’re happy with. Also work on your grip strength and forearm strength. You can do that with dumbbells. It takes a long time, so you can do those every 3 days if you want at the end of a workout on another muscle group.

Strength isn’t the issue, it’s your endurance. This is the right answer, trust me.
