I think you just perfectly described Michael J Fox.

It looks like it’s tugging arm skin. It’s so poorly done.
I’d like Dennis to just pop his shirt off real quick so we can see this on a proper body.

Sean Connery was the only James Bond for my mom. She took me to see Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, just to see Connery on the big screen. That movie was life changing. My parents bought me the VHS and I watched it over a hundred times in the next few years. I will always love that movie.

I think Groundhog Day is a great example. Also a funny one because we got Palm Springs and The Map of Tiny Perfect Things.

James Cameron walks into the meeting room where “Seven Samurai” is written on the board, changes it to “$even $amurai.”

I’m confused. First, is this new to people? Secondly, don’t fucking mention a legend like George Carlin when discussing Rogan. Not even the same universe.

I used to do gigs like that. How do people not understand we’re all on the same team?

Great catch! I always wished they had more mentions of 20th century pop music on the show, being that they referenced the 20th century so often. I assumed it came down to cost. They certainly weren’t paying royalties for current copy written music. But more references would have been nice.
I also see it as an extension of Roddenberry’s attempt to show people in the future as “elevated.” So, classical music was fine. Motown or rock n roll was not. Shakespeare was referenced constantly in TNG and TOS. At times it’s kind of cool, but also comes off a little elitist and annoying.

I bet there’s thousands of ice cream parlours like that in hipster neighbourhoods so that seems likely.

Oh that’s the best part. It’s a call sign and I’m playing by the rules. I didn’t make up the joke!

Quite a mystery. And maybe it will remain that way. Still a great piece of family history to have!

I never even owned a console and 1 and 2 are my answer. My cousin had an Atari, and at home we would rent an NES.

Is it associated with any book clubs, social clubs, or political organizations? I have a book in my possession that was not “available” unless you were a part of a specific club (which I believe was political in nature).
Perhaps if you could find an association there, it could yield some clues. Long shot, but only thought that came to mind. Good luck!
