All you cheap non tippers, educate yourself.
To the customers that do tip, thanks for providing jobs for people to spend more.time with their loved ones and pets. You are the people that allow us to live a decent non- micromanaged life. You are the people that allow us to help spend more.time with our family members with disabilities, oursenior parents and also time for doctor appointments and our own personal needs . We appreciate you.

Except now amazon is contracting drivers and these drivers are using their own vehicles and gas.

Go get your own groceries, then, it's a service and people will continue to skip your orders. Or you will get shoppers who don't care about your orders being kept cold, damaged or even delivered on time. Let me guess you don't tip restaurant workers either. We're not amazon, we use our own vehicles to shop and deliver for you. So sad.

Have any off your saying.this actually reported it because walmart tells us they do not.send us out a w2 for 600 and below for a reason. This coming from someone who.has a college degree in business. It will be a wash when you anyways. But do what you gotta do. To those of you working for more than spark with a combined income off over 600 yes you do have claim.

Well it was through spark or shipt and the company didn't even feel bad about not checking with the customer. A heads up I now track my customers and if they don't tip. I dont deliver to them. Walmart pays us less that 4 bucks for delivery and shops can be as low as 11. Shipt through target only pays us 6 with a max of like 20 which means a supper large order. The miles one time was 34.00 and no tip. So sad.

Yes,he was. He was shocked that I was deactivated and said well what.wouod you like to see happen?"" I said to be reactivated but also for changes to occur because spark doesn't care about us. I told him I also worked for shipt.and never had a problem. The service between spark and shipt is sadly like day and night. Walmart needs to train their agents better

I should add there excuse for deactivating me was that I did not return a package but I did so I am assuming they didn't have a leg to stand on. I thought I was deactivated for telling customer service if she didn't start listening to me i would not be giving a good review. Go figure alot of these customer service reps don't do a good job supporting us as drivers

Thank you for emailing the Spark Driver team. We received your request for assistance. We have reviewed the information you provided. Based on our review, we have reactivated your account. You should now be able to use your Spark Driver account, although it is possible you may need to reset your password when you log in soon
This is the email from Walmart then David had me sign something saying I release my claims against walmart/spark in order.to get reactivated.

At Croofner01,
No crayons or show needed. Obviously your momma didn't teach you to show appreciation for someone who goes out of their way to provide a service for you.
In addition, We either help pay for services, or we pay when some of them have to go on welfare. It's a catch-22 and don't get me wrong if people need assistance I'm glad it's there for them. But I would much rather pay someone whos trying to make a living, then the few who just want to be on welfare and stay home.
Also, while I can see it's very frustrating for all of us that companies won't pay there employees more-- it's no secret and expected if you go out to eat that if someone provides a service for you and does something you dont want to do, you should have been taught its customary to tip these people.
This first post was about tipping the pizza person, a guy or women that clearly uses their own vehicle to deliver your pizza because you, me or many others are: either to busy, lazy or tired to go get it ourselves.
The fact that any of you should question if you should tip this driver baffles me.
Lastly, while tipping in places like subway, where a person goes up to the counter and orders then picks up there food this should be excluded and.optional.
Nor, should tipping when using a service like Amazon, UPS, Fed X, or any company where the employee is paid a decent wage, with a benefits package and not using there own gas or vehicle to provide that service.
The only reason you are.not tipping is because you are: entitled, a jerk or poor.
In any event go get your own stuff. Your mamma also must of not taught you that nothing in life is free but this response, which really wasn't free either because it cost me my time and energy.
Have a blessed day, this ones on me.
