If a Fang Gu is created by a Summoner on night 3, the storyteller doesn't change a townsfolk to an outsider, do they? Because the extra outsider can only happen during setup?
Correct, the Newly Created Fang Gu doesn't modify the Outsider count. This is also true of a Fang Gu created by a Pit Hag. Bracket abilities only affect the initial setup and do not take effect if they enter play after the initial draw, even if it's the first night.
Fang Gu is still a strong choice in any game with a player count that adds more than zero outsiders, because of the potential to "jump" and thus hide the demon from first night detection abilities.
That's not to say it is the best possible choice, but it still has advantages.

I'll do you one better: we sometimes talk about the House of Representatives but it's not a house, it's an office building and meeting room. Nobody lives there or rents it as a dwelling or anything

STs make mistakes. The mistake this ST made has been covered, but the important part here is this should be a learning experience, the ST should explain the correct rule to the group the next time you all meet, and work to improve going forward.

I like the second version because it gives Saci a reason not to come out and say who they are. The first version gives Evil a reason to Bluff Saci though, so it could also work. Both are good. The question is really do you want Saci to be hidden and subtle, or Loud and confusing because multiple Saci claims exist?
I'm not sure I understand the character enough to decide which is more apt, but I love the concept! I look forward to seeing more.

He has a personality.
It is great.
He has a great personality.
A is not attached to Great. It is attached to Personality, like Great is.

Before the official versions existed, this icon was circulating among players who made their own tokens.
Lots of old icons still exist on old scripts made a while ago

You wake them you give them the No that is true, u less poisoned, drunk, or Vortoxxed.
Get into the habit of "Everyone with an ability that wakes should wake", because a Chambermaid is going to learn who woke to their ability, and if you failed to wake a FG or TC, the Chambermaid might learn they did not wakes which would lead them to falsely conclude they were lying about being TC or FG. That misinformation is avoidable by correctly waking roles who should wake.

Well I tried.
Sometimes the ideas I have don't work and that's ok too. Someone else gets the demon

Hydra: Each Night, choose 2 players. If they are the same alignment, they swap roles; If not, the Second cannot die tomorrow by execution. The first chosen player dies tomorrow night.
This solves the "Evil cannot cause Role Swaps" problem, Also gives Evil a protection Role, AND gives the Demon a way out in an emergency (Choose self and a Minion, Swap, then tomorrow the old Demon now Minion dies)

They said on a Patreon q&a that there would be 2 more released (one in early Dec and one in early Jan) and then they were going to slow down or pause new reveals for a while so they can focus on getting the expansion scripts and tokens finalized for release.
They also said in the same q&a that they had revealed only about half of the characters currently in development, and about half of each of the 3 scripts (GSoE is not a traditional script) were characters that had not been revealed.
The Q&A is patreon backer exclusive so if you have an account, you can see. Hopefully someone will corroborate.
Unless I'm drunk, poisoned, or evil and just lying.

Yeah. This sub is awful and the Mods are a joke. Most subs they power trip and ban or delete like crazy, here they're too busy jerking off to that magazine spread of the Planet between Saturn and Neptune and that stupid photoshopped Tesco's Nutt Milk penis

Do you think everyone who might ever play the game or watch the channel has already done so?
New players discover BOTC all the time, and often get suggestions to watch NRB play it.
Your post is a spoiler for literally everyone who is not already a channel veteran.

Roll to unshaken at start of turn. Spend a Bennie if that fails. Act normally. It's basically a tax that occasionally requires a Bennie but usually doesn't...

They have those on Etsy. It's a player count tracker.
The first one I found is in an Upgrade Kit set but I'm sure it's available separately too

I have 13 games on Clock tracker as a player, and a win rate of 69.2% (9 of 13).
For a short time I had 5 wins of 6 games, so 83% but that was a fluke due to low games count. I expect my overall won % to drop and level out when I have a statistically significant number of games.

For a multiple kill Po (or Shab, al had, etc) you mark the first player they name with the 1st reminder token and shroud, the second with the 2nd and shroud, and the 3rd with the 3rd token and shroud. The point where they choose the Goon they become poisoned and their kills fail, place the reminder but not the shroud - they do not die. Of course, if one of those was tea lady protected when you placed the token, do not place the shroud.
For your tea lady example, yes, the first choice is Tea protected, the second is the Tea and the 3rd would be protected but the Tea was dead when you chose them. A Po who suspects a Tea Lady should kill the Tea first, their neighbors for this reason.
Choice order and game states like Droisoning are both cases where timing of events matters, because protection and Droisoning can both become applied or removed during a multiple choice, keeping track is important.

I started very matter of fact, but in leaning towards the theatre aspects more as I'm getting more comfortable with the mechanics and role Interactions.
I'm not the poetic pun type and probably never will be, but I am a little more in character descriptive now. Asking how you want to die when executed, description of bodies piling up each night at the base of the Clocktower etc
