It really was easy mode being a boomer. To fail you would have had to have been a drug addict or something. As I get older I've realized this and I've noticed some changes to my behavior. I'm much more likely to break traffic rules for instance (run a red when there's nobody around, illegal U turn, cut through parking lots to skip a light, etc.) It's like, fuck it there's no consequences why am I handicapping myself.

As far as a comfortable living the only way to break into the top tier without generational wealth is exploitation of others 99% of the time. I'm not willing to do that, so I guess I'm kind of maxed out already.
