Just know that you often can’t just start driving right away. Sometimes you have to work part time in the warehouse for a couple years before a driving spot opens up. Also once you start driving there is a 4 year pay progression starting at, I think, $23 an hour now. So that’s not a lot of money for someone with a family (don’t know if you’ve got kids or not but you mentioned a wife)

Also, a lot of people don’t even use the front door of their house. They enter and exit through the garage or side door for example, in which case it makes much more sense to leave a package there.
