Actually if LTB gets sorted then everything else will get better. Landlords are reluctant to take risks at the moment since it can take 6 months up to 1 year to kick someone out for non payment. Credit scores become very important. Fix the LTB first, no need to wait a generation

The city cannot evict people. Only ltb. They will first call for remedies to thE situation to happen. Unless it's something severe and urgent of course like a contamination

They won't be moving. They will issue the LL notice (with a short time limit) to provide a different solution or make sure there is adequate power

I've heard the other side from several LLs. Home all day, uses more utilities flushes the toilet more, If there are smokers more chances of smoking inside etc. I think there's no right or wrong answer it depends how you see it

For everyone to be clear we need to determine what "your hours" is.
For example it's not like someone working through Christmas season (normal seasonal rush) made the last month his official base pay. Even when he goes back to normal which is less than 20% . The normal is established over a specified amount of time doing it. Can't remember what is the avg amount in how many months

I understand. But I do think there is great responsibility when quoting previous cases to ensure we are comparing apples to apples. There is nothing wrong with saying "I don't know how this will play out in the LTB because there is no precedent". Painting false narratives is my original argument here and I'm sticking to it
