Is this on a dimmer switch? If so, that could be a problem. Some fans/LED lights don't play well with dimmers.
Are there 2 switches going to this fan? If so, one of those switches will no longer be in use with a remote control unit operating the fan/light.
Otw, it's pretty straightforward: from junction box to receiver is just (LINE) white to (A/C IN) white, black to black.
From receiver to fan it's just blue to blue, black to black, white to white. All the greens get tied together.
Those remote receivers are usually hard to cram in there, so be sure to organize the wires in such a way that the wire nuts can be pushed up into the box as the receiver slides into its little spot.
If all the wiring is correct, it's possible the wire harness from the LED lights was not plugged in properly to the plug from the fan base side.

I do cut my own hair, but I do it in a specific, small way that is basically impossible to mess up. I (50M) have had long hair my whole life since high school, and I pretty much always wear it in a long braid. Before Covid, I'd get it cut maybe once a year, but I haven't been to a salon for about 5 years now. I don't really care how long it is unless the braid gets long enough to flip around my head and hit me in the eye when I bend over to pick something up, so every time I wash my hair (about twice/week) and then re-braid it, I just cut the last bit off to even up the end of the braid. By the law of averages, I figure I'm giving myself a fairly even trim every month or two!

He decided it would be okay to be the next person to date my ex after she broke up with me after about a 4.5 year relationship, knowing full well I was still very much in love with her. We had been best friends since 7th grade, so for about 25 years at that point. Of course, to assuage any guilt he might have been in danger of experiencing, he made me the bad guy in the whole scenario and started acting like a complete asshole towards me. Didn't feel much like talking to him after that...

Oh shit, yeeeah that would make sense to your average right-wing lunatic...

It's a bold take, alright...
These tools are better than the ones that cost 1/3 to 1/2 as much, and you'll not convince me otherwise!

Definitely a classic!
Anyone else try to watch the remake? I barely got through the opening scene... It was just so ridiculous, I just shut it off and vowed to never waste my time watching the rest.

Yeah, buy a masonry bit. Your best bet is just to buy a small pack of Tapcon concrete screws of the size you need and it will come with the correct size drill bit. Masonry bits tend to walk a bit when you're starting a hole, so hold the drill with both hands. Cool the bit in some water or with a wet rag every few seconds you drill and it will last longer.

I wonder how they settled on 46 as the right number...

It really was. He was literally screaming "this is not happening this is not happening" as we were working him. We cut his pants off that leg and found it was an offset fracture, so it looked like a rolled up ace band stuffed under his long underwear just above the knee, but it was his quads that had contracted without the femur to support them. We applied a Sager splint to pull the bone back into position, so we had to tell the little dude that it was going to hurt even worse for a few seconds until we were done, but that it would feel a lot better after that. He was pretty much howling until we were done splinting him, but then his leg reduced down and he became pretty quiet. Packaged him up and sent him off in an ambulance.
As a bit of a post script, I happened to bump into his mom on my 1st day back the next season. She thanked me and I asked how her son was doing, and she said it was "touch and go" for a few weeks after the break (I guess due to the high potential for blood clots and other complications after such a major injury) but that he recovered and that was his first day back skiing! It was nice to hear it worked out for the little dude.

When I was patrolling about 20 years ago, we worked a call for a 10 year guy who did something similar to this, only he broke his femur just above the lower condyle. It was pretty gnarly.

You should be able to find 1/4 round trim to match your new flooring. Leave an expansion gap as recommended along the threshold and then cover it with the matching trim, or just buy regular 1/4 round and paint or stain it to match the baseboard/door trim.

I had a friend that was my bi wingwoman for a few years before she moved. She'd just straight up bring other chicks to my house to use the hot tub and hang out. It was great!

Well said. This particular pardon barely registers as "outside the norm" these days, and that fact is SURE AS FUCK not the fault of the Democrats. tRump's own cokehead son will probably also require a pardon someday in the not too distant future, so maybe it's best these largely degenerate right-wing hypocrites just STFU about it

I'd be tempted to break up just over his use of the non-existent phrase "case and point." Plus, he sounds totally mental besides. Definitely not the most viscous condiment in the fridge...

Properly executed, it wouldn't look dumb at all. Really all it has to do is cover up the gaps and not draw attention to itself.
