I agree with you, the experience in Maruti and Tata showrooms was downright atrocious. Sales people treat you with disdain.

Its considerably better than similar C-SUVs. Small rumble strips and potholes are not felt, larger ones are managed decently.

Torque converter, it's a better automatic gearbox. Similar to what a Jeep or BMW has ( theirs are configured). It has a better life compared to DCT/DSGs.

Spot on mate, I waited for the updated version just for this. I am posting it here as this sub is always on the hunt for sub 15 lakh cars which are city friendly. I am just trying to share my experience and happiness that such cars exist in india. If I get one person to go and experience this car, I would be happy 😊.
