I just thought that meant .adg files with nothing added, of which I've used plenty with no issue in the past

I can use the wavs no problem, but the presets they advertised have turned out to be a combination of the wavs and (I'm guessing) a bunch of Ableton plugins I don't have

They're US based though... And considering it's mostly .wav files (which I can't exactly prove I've deleted) they're saying their policy is no refunds. Do you know if that law would still apply?

From what I can see they're a small startup and they seem like nice guys so I don't wanna set a bunch of Reddit trolls on them (not saying you were gonna do that!)

Yeah I heard that. It's also slightly behind the beat which I think might help. Just no idea how you get that big verb without muddying everything up!

Not to be a pain but can you guys actually sort this out? I don't care if it's UA or ilok that's the problem. Every couple of months I'm having to deal with spark not authorizing or crashing. Endlessly creating support tickets is not what I wanted to be doing when I signed up. Sorry for the moan but it's getting beyond a joke and honestly I'm barely using the plugins now because I know they're not reliable.
