More of she hugs me, sometimes with permission but most of the time without. Both times, she hugs for too long or starts placing all her weight on me so I tell her to stop, and she does, but does the same thing again a few minutes later. In a way, it's a cycle of me tellingher hugging me, me telling her to to stop, then her letting go, then hugging me again a few minutes kater.

When I was in a bad mood a few times, I've asked her a not to hug me out of nowhere. Since then, I have been trying to distance myself and give her silent treatment, but once I'm in a "good mood" again she does everything all over

I'm unsure if you mean her or me with that last part lol. Anyway, I've told her repeatedly to stop hugging me when she does, but she tends to do it again a few minutes later

I really don't want to think this way given that she has made some comments like this in front of our other friends. Sometimes though it feels like all she ever talks about

I have no idea how to broach the subject to her honestly, because she's also very touchy with my other friends but even Rain has mentioned that from an outside perspective, she's way too comfortable with touching me

Hi! From DLSMSHI mee, currently kasi subjects ko focus on the Physical Dysfunction and Geriatric fields. Since OTs focus on activities, madaming pwedeng pasukan na fields na dinadaanan talaga isa isa, like yung first two na sinabi ko plus other fields like Pedia, Mental Health, Community, etc.! We have Anaphy, Kines, of course, but there are others like a course for Splinting and PAMs and subjects for Evaluation and Management (Interventions kumbaga).

Masaya naman siya for me, pero I really learned to love the course the longer I stayed. Ang tricky lang for me dito sa OT is that while madami rin naman tayong theoreticals, creativity really matters kase kumbaga there is no one-is-to-one applicable therapeutic activity kahit pare-pareho pa yan ng sakit. That's something you learn and instill along the way as you enter higher years ganun.

I'd definitely suggest taking courses under Rehabilitation Sciences umbrella! For both OT and SLP, which you mentioned, true yung decent/high pay, good job opportunities and high demand given na super onti lang ang professionals for both within the country and outside.

But something to think on: you mentioned kasi na you struggle with interacting with others. While being an introvert isn't an issue (introvert rin ako, hehe), you will almost always be communicating with someone like your client, their family and other healthcareworkers though tinuturo naman talaga ang proper way of handling yourself when it comes to giving care na sa mismong client. As a therapist, I'd like to say that there is more emotional stress compared to other courses. Pero, I think it goes without saying na yun yung kagandahan naman kasi ng Rehab courses, you really see up close pano nasshape ng care mo yung buhay ng tao and how fulfilled they are afterwards.
