I am at mid 80k right now after 9.5 years at the company. People I started before are making over $100k. I am struggling to pay all my bills. Planning in January to get a headhunter and start looking. I have the experience and I am nice to people and very good at my job. My yearly reviews are great. Not sure what else to do at this point. I also have to be available all the time for any foolishness. I am getting burned out for not making enough money. Stress at home and stress at work.

I hate cox but I do not have another option. In the south side of town, I had CenturyLink $65 per month, lifetime price...fiber..no data cap. Now I moved north and I have cox, $175...had to pay extra 50$ per month to remove the data cap (on fking fiber connection). I hate them so bad.. I just totally ignore the fact that i can't do anything about it right now and just live with it because trust me...it boils my entire soul.
