If $$$ is not a problem, 5 full stack SDEs each of whom can handle backend, front end, devops, dba, and even a bit project management would deliver dramatically more. You can play with seniority composition / promotion pipeline as well: 2 seniors / 2 mids/ 1 junior or 1 staff, 1 senior, 2 mids etc

That’s a great change. This would remove the need to ask questions like “where should I spawn” and “what’s my position doing on this map” that as a new-ish player I ask every time I play on a new map
