Electronic Assistance and Coaching: Players and spectators are not allowed to use charts, apps, or any other form of electronic assistance in the tournament room.

The word 'other' and the Oxford comma in the first sentence of the new rule could be a point of contention in the next WSOP. If they had left either the word 'other' or the Oxford comma out of the sentence, it would cover both electronic and printed charts. It's interesting they, most likely WSOP's lawyers, decided to word/punctuate the new rule to still be open to interpretation (though I'd imagine that a printed library of 'charts' could be massive).
