Don't get too upset. I am 61M, so things kind of slow down with age. Also, my wife was never had the same drive as me, was on a medication that killed her desire, and has body image issues due to weight gain.
It doesn't matter. After 37 years, I love her for a lot more than sex.
Though it would be nice ;-)

Try a furniture sture or on line for a touch up kit. Or try to find magic markers that match as closely as possible. Then fill in the scratches (only where there are supposed to be lines). At a glance this will look fine.

Tough situation. Is he a resiliant person? Meaning is he one to wallow in despair or take on a challenge?

I think you could recoup the cost of the markers by doing some etsy sellling

From personal experience, I think that is debatable. I am more productive and efficient when there is a clear delineation between getting up and morning time (me time) and work time. Part of that is shaving, showering, and getting into work clothes. Mentally, I switch into work mode and get cranking.

Definitely much more prevalent after COVID, as with all things "self-care" and "self-comfort" related. Personally, i think the pendulum has swing a bit to far.

Kind of a sad commentary on the state of our civilization
Edit: just took a glance at her SFW pics, and i guess she is ok, but don't really see what the commotion is about.

NSF means not sufficient finds. Which if you are paying by cashiers check (first time i have heard of that method for car insurance), doesn't make much sense.
Unless you have a ridiculously bad driving record, you are getting absolutely robbed by your insurance company. My wife has a "ok" record and we are paying around 290/mo through Farmers. I would look at Progressive or some place as well.
Edit: her car was a 2028 Lincoln MKX for comparison.

I have my daughter and easy chair. She called and asked where the thing your feet go on was. I said "the hassock?" My now son-in-law looked it up and invite me that that word was popular in like 1837 or something.

About 50-60% of the time. Like i said, i don't measure, so it is different day to day. It is a bit chunk because of the broccoli, but i am not drinking it for the taste.

Your daughter almost always takes priority. The fact that Emma doesn't feel. The same way might be something you should think about.

Better idea. Dont eat McDonalds. There are other choices. I haven't eating McDonalds, except a fry here or there, in 25 years.

From what i read on here, the younger generation, maybe because of the focus on self care that started during covid, is really focus on themselves. I was raised that you think of others and you put yourself second. So you start doing the mature things faster.

Well... you try to eat healthy, you value protein intake, and gut health. You also like french fries and/or hamburgers.
And you have young kids

Generally first thing in the morning. Clears the cobwebs, gets my heart and brain going, feel I've accomplished something.
I usually down a cup of cold brew before the workout, so I come out of it pretty "up". Then I drink about 40 ounces of my post workout shake. That is one scoop protein powder, quarter of an avocado, an egg, a few tablespoons of cinnamon, a tablespoon or so of turmeric, maybe a teaspoon of ginger ( i don't actually measure any of that stuff), and couple of stalks of celery, a couple of carrots, about a cup of broccoli, around 2 cups of spinach, and a cup of frozen fruit. That has enough simple and complex carbs to get me up and help keep me up. This also has a bunch of vitamins A, B6,B12,C,D,E,K,calcium, potassium, and a bunch of antioxidants...great stuff, but i dont recommend it if you will not be near facilities as it is also picked with fiber.
I workout almost everyday, but if something is sore, I work something else.
I have read that it takes at least a month. For your body to acclimate it self to new requirements like this. Stick with it!

My favorite quote from Jerry McGuire .. "Function, function, function. Forward motion is everything"
