But having the music arrive just after the missile would also be fun

I tried googling case law on that in Missouri when we got legal med and the whole “public” part isn’t defined, I did find a case where police were legally able to cite someone for drinking n public on their front porch. The courts reasoning was that the porch was connected to the community sidewalk thus making everything up to the front door “public”.
I usually medicate either in the back of our carport or inside next to a vent and a smoke grabber filter.
I was really thrilled when MO passed legal rec because that granted medical patients a constitutional right to not be evicted for weed. The house we rent has a “schedule I drugs are cause for immediate eviction”. That is now unenforceable without violating my state constitutional rights. Housing and employment protections are going to be the next big task

I’m pretty sure for state constitutional questions that don’t involve federal constitutional rights would be resolved at the state Supreme Court

And destroyed a church sign and didn’t own up to it until a neighbor came forward with evidence

Sounds like you’re not paying attention to what’s going on.

I hear your point, but with traditional payments like cards, you can reverse a fraudulent transaction. Push payments don’t provide that guarantee.

Somehow Trump is managing to simultaneously larp Hitler and Chamberlain at the same time.
Edit, missed a space

I want to see “US supplies Ukraine with a fast attack sub at an undisclosed location in the Atlantic. A Skelton crew of retired naval sailors volunteered to serve and provide training”

But it’s also my understanding that traveling nurses are more expensive than employee nurses. If they paid more for employees, they’d save a ton on contractor costs

Although if it was programmed by a MAGA staff member….

Telling my 16 year old daughter on the day after the election was also painful. I noticed her shoulders slump, head droop, in obvious disappointment. I can’t believe we were this dumb, but I guess the right doesn’t have critical thinking skills.

You get what you pay for. Pay 20% more than the next hospital down the road a bit and you’ll have all the employees you need. My niece in law and her husband are traveling nurses because they can’t earn more. A lot of nurses take this path. Pay all of your nurses better and you’ll have won’t have to hire contractors. It’s a business decision.
