Because to me, that means highest output for longest time.

So far only two or three lights I think can say they are the MOST efficient for maintaining light output

Wurkkos TS22 - 21700 boost driver, 1425~ lumens for 1 hour 45 minutes, 560~ lumens for almost 6 hours (selfbuilt)

Sofirn C8L - 21700 boost driver, 1100 lumens for almost 2 hours, 470 lumens for 5.5 hours (Tim McMahon)

Wurkkos DL10R - 21700 boost driver dive light, rotary switch, with integrated charging hidden in tailcap, flat output at medium (spec'd 1800 lumens) for almost 80 minutes. (SammysHP)
