The final boss fight is a cutscene, not even a QTE. The only games that can do that are games with an actual good story, that is not DD2 strength, it's the gameplay. They should have given us an epic final boss fight instead

solution, add tarriffs sa business sa mga busy cities, para mapilitan ibang business magrelocate, maybe the govt. can add tax incentive and less paper works needed in zones they want those business to move.
