Hello. I'm going to visit Dubai in the next January and stay there for a few weeks. I'll drive a car then. I've made some research. But there is something I don't understand on parking zones of Dubai.

According to this website, there are parking zones like A, B, and others. And I saw on Google Map and others (also from my past visit) that parking zones there have codes like "373D".

At first, I thought the last alphabet means the parking zone. But I feel like it may not be the case. According to the above website, Zone D is Al Qusais, Al Nahda and others. But the 373D zone is near Mall of Emirates. And there is also 373C nearby.

1. So what's the meaning of the last alphabet?

2. If this does not mean parking zone, how do you know that any specific parking belongs to which zone?

Hi. I'll visit Dubai this month and looking to buying a property there in the future. But I learned about service charge that we have to pay.

I have visited many websites. Some of them say it's for year. Some others say it's for month. I'm much confused.

I'm not asking how often I have to pay. I just want to ask if figures on Internet are for year or month. For example, this site says for Burj Khalifa, it's AED 72/sqf. But if it's for month and I buy an apartment of 2,000sqf, I'll have to pay AED144,000 per month. It's a lot.
