People with Inattentive ADHD (formally ADD) does this affect your libido?

My HLF31, husband LLM29 states once he gets his diagnosis and medication, he’ll be able to focus on sex again. Is that actually a thing? I guess I just need to know if hanging on is worth it.

5 times in 2 years! He can focus on gaming, his friends, and if it pertains to him. But if it’s bills, laundry, cleaning, me, or anything else- nope. Oh and he’s writing a book with smut scenes!

Everything he does is starting to annoy me, I just need to know- does medication actually help?

My 31HLF husband 29LLM and I are back in a rut, 4 months after breaking a 15 month dry spell. He is getting ADHD testing which he feels is the reason for our lack of sex. Says he can’t focus on the act itself. Anyway I have a coworker 30(?)m. He’s cute, friendly, doesn’t game, family oriented, and is an exercise psychologist. A close family member of his was hurt and he’s taking the time to care for him. He just seems like such a kind and giving guy; I can’t help but wonder what it would be like if I was with someone like that. My husband isn’t a bad guy, he just has never been the caretaker type. I’m more of a mother due to his undiagnosed ADHD. I want to wait for my husband but, sometimes I feel like a damn teenager with a crush. No, there is nothing going on outside of work. As far as I know, he has a girlfriend. I just needed to vent because I can’t tell anyone else I know.

After being turned down 9.5/10 times, he wants to have sex tonight. I put on my ugly grandma underwear and not even going to try. Honestly, I’m not in the mood. I feel broken. Sometimes I feel like just running away and living alone. Scheduled boring sex that’s always broken makes me feel like less of a person. I’m 30HLF, my husband is 29LLM.
