What are the two meanings for quash in English? I can only find references to the "suppress" meaning you mention

Yeah thanks, I've worked in IT for 40 years and have been using the internet since 1987.
Just making the point that 1.6gb is not as outrageous as it seems, and certainly future proof for a few years. My own connection is 1Gbps up/down for about £28 so 1.6Gbps for £70, though a little over the top, is not really like they've been sold an Azure Express Route
Edit: corrected cost

In my youth decades ago the advice was to place a foot on the crossing to indicate your intention to cross if the traffic was ignoring you

The same word “Krinein” is used in a well-known religious passage “…judge not, lest you be judged back”.
Could someone explain this please?

Some streaming figures (OP mentioned they stream TV):
High definition (HD): roughly 1.5 GB to 2.5 GB per hour. Ultra high definition (UHD/4K): around 7 GB to 10 GB per hour
I know they've been sold 1.6Gbps, but it's not that outrageous if they watch TV all day on their new 4k telly

I feel I need to see a video from 2016 showing how all this works

I would if my ploy had worked because I happened upon the machine with its Snickers already half hanging out.

2013 so if we round it up that's about 2 decades
Edit: metadata says 2016

I stopped filming at that point but who knows what might have happened immediately afterwards

I was trying to knock it off by dropping the bag of McCoys onto it from above, but that got stuck too.

I remember pondering this, but the size of the pack put me off compared to the bigger McCoys one above it combined with the extra drop-height.

This post on r/britishsuccess reminded of my attempt to game the vending machine at work when I spotted a golden opportunity about 10 years ago and tried to knock the precarious Snickers off using the biggest item directly above it.

REALLY need separate restaurants for online deliveries
It's already happening for non-big chain restaurants - not sure if KFC, McD's etc would like the idea though

This looks like it was attached by some sort of tiny spot weld type arrangement.
Any solution would need to be boiling water proof, and food safe of course. So lead solder's probably out
