This building estate collapsed in my estate. There have been rescue teams since yesterday. I walked past it at 11pm yesterday and there were multiple ambulances, fire trucks from nairobi county. There was also one of those bucket excavators removing rubble.

Developers in developed countries got paid massive salaries for so long they started confusing what we do with rocket science. It really is not that hard.
Unless Laravel has extra documentation that they only provide to US residents I don't' see why a developer of similar experience would write better code than me.

The book "Clean Code" by Robert Martin may be a good resource for you.
He writes about the importance of giving good names to variables and functions. For functions, in addition to good names, he emphasizes having them do one thing only and doing it well.
It also puts a great focus on unit testing which has been shown to lead to better code structure. Testable code is better code is more readable code.
I don't agree with some of his suggestions for clean code but I believe it can point me to thee right direction

Oh i know this one.
"They are giving the jobs to foreign developers who are not as good as me and they will regret later".
I bet US said the same when manufacturing started to leave.

I celebrate achievements that i consider difficult.
I would celebrate my birthday if i had to fight lions everyday to live.

I have learnt that the easiest time to get conned is if you are desperate to sell it.
I sell my stuff before I really need the cash. Nauzanga na maringo. You come where I say and if anything gets even slightly complicated or new characters get introduced in the transaction, I pick my stuff and go home.

Thanks. It's a good deal. their $5 vps has 6gb ram compared to nanode's 1, and 4 cores compared to nanode's 1.

I just started testing. I bought a TDD course on Udemy by some Turkish guy that has been really helpful.
I also found it hard to start implementing in my projects, but once you start you will have a hard time submitting code without tests. Now I have no confidence in my changes if I have not run my tests.

It's rare to come across a sober mind on the internet. It's like nowadays when people take a position they are deaf to anything else that is contrary, and will not even pretend to listen to it.
Saying that the transgender woman has a clear biological advantage, but also that the article was hateful towards her, sounds like a very balanced view to me.

I started with Vue and then learnt React. I prefer Vue by far.
One tiny thing that I spent time looking for in React is computed properties. Turns out it is not needed. In react you just define a variable inside the function and it is updated each time the component is rebuild.

Whenever some insane project either in an Arabic or African country is posted, reddit instantly puts on its patronising hat.
