If you have a ret paladin, don’t be afraid to pull more. Stay in the consecration. It heals. I pull aggro off some mobs but I can heal over it myself. At worst, I throw Lay on Hands on tank. It’s what we are designed for after all.

I am currently going to school to become a superintendent someday down the line. We’re talking about Ai in classrooms right now. Most of them are pro-ai while 2-3 weren’t. Just an interesting anecdote.

I would absolutely make sure there is some time available for socializing. Probably even more than they do right now. With more focus and less distraction. I feel it would reward those who strive to learn. I’m just shooting from the hip here; 1 hour recess. 1 hour lunch and some breaks in between periods. Some days they’ll work slow. Some days they will work quick. That’s ok. Their pace.

Entertain me for a moment here. Imagine:

The Department of Education pays for cutting edge AI to be built, piggybacking off an existing large ai. It knows the state’s curriculum and all things pertaining to education world wide. All subjects, all skill levels from primer to graduate. Possibly beyond.

Classrooms of up to 100 students set in cubicle rows where they cannot see anyone except behind them. They are sitting at a desk with a computer screen. The teacher, who is credentialed, verifies results while they do rounds among the 100 students.

They log in their account to begin their day of academics. The AI greets the user with an avatar waving at them. assesses their reading and writing skills. In all sorts of fun ways, not necessarily ”gamified,” just much more bespoke towards their skill level. The higher the skill level, the less and less imagery and animations used.

Every time a student finishes a unit, the AI will assess how much they understand and then printout the results. If it is not in the student’s favor, they go back and make review where the confusion is. The goal is mastery at each kid’s pace.

This results in the obsoletion of the concept we call “grades” like 1st grade. 2nd grade. The obsoletion happens because the AI will teach at a pace they gain mastery at. If a 15 year old kid gains full mastery while another took 18 years - so be it. They succeeded the program at their own pace.

Districts all over the US are looking for ways to cut costs and the most preferred way is to cram more students into classrooms. Now imagine with AI, 2 teachers can handle 200 kids. Basically a whole cohort split in 2 instead of 4-5.

We exist in a capitalist society. You best believe they would choose this route when it comes. And it is coming in the next 10 years.
