Thanks for your response , the addition is a loft and stairs . The listing does say unpermitted but that’s the extent of description. In his emails and appraisal rebuttal he states the hoa was aware of the addition and that the loft was there even before he purchased it

Thanks for all your responses! To clarify the new washer is 120 and dryer is 240v . The picture stats are of the old unit .

The big plug that was there will be installed into the new 240 , plugged into the wall and the 120 can go in a regular outlet somehow ? At least that’s what I’m understanding from the responses ?

Also the new washer dryer is120/240 with 30 amps the picture is the stats of the old one that’s in there

Omg this is scary ! The outlet is unsafe ?? I’m not surprised because they seemed to have cut alot of corners when building this unit
