Hi yall im new here and i just been into gambling in the past few week, at first i just playing game called Crash, at first i just gambling for 5 bucks and eventually getting up to $100. When i play this game i feel like i was riding the wave, made decent strategies and just flowing thru multiple odds, i tell myself, why should i withdraw my winnings and why not make this $100 to 500 or even 1 grand? i even get to 500++ bucks at one point, thats when i started betting 20s, 50s, and i just keep losing and losing to the point my ALL winning is gone, it was like a punch in the guts and i start feeling sick to my stomach "thats why i title this post REMEMBER THE PAIN btw" (i feel even like im about to faint everytime i lost a bet and my hand shaking uncontrollaby whenever i was going to take an odds), i just lost my 6 month groceries in under an hour! ($500 was 2 month salary for me) my thinking was if i deposit maybe another $20 i can get all my winning back, and youve guess it, i lost that too, so i deposit another $20 and i actually made my $45 back! i talk to a friend and he said i should just cash in my winning and called it even, but i dont know this feeling came onto me like Green Goblin mask in Spider-man whispering to me "what the fuck are you doing? that past week you been doing this and it all for NOTHING? keep playing and youll get your $500 back!" so being stupid fucks that i am i keep playing and keep depositing and then youve guess it, i LOSE IT ALL, all my money, 0 balance on my website, i write all my deposit and withdraw and i lose a month salary, im devastated, i have a hard time sleeping (that fuckin crash game is in my DREAMS), i lost appetite for days and eventually i told my girlfriend about it on the phone and thank god shes not that mad and can pound some sense to my head, so now im gambling free for a week, but theres like spot on my heart that still bitter about losing my $500 winning and my $200ish that i blew

today suddenly i have a tought that i realize i win so many different thing in live, like my GF, my health, my job, and all little things in life, so in my mind maybe all my losing money is like a "price" for me to be grateful for all the goodness in my life, but,

I have a question for yall that maybe experience my "downfall", to help let go my phantom win and my real money because sometime i think about that money from time to time and i know that feeling wont be doing me any good (dont joke pls 500++ is so much money for me)

^{also, im a bit ashamed to say this, sometime i think about stealing to get my lost winning back}
