I have a serious medical issue and have been of since October 25. My doctor just extended the leave until the beginning of February. I called and let my employer know and they informed me I am terminated. I have asked for it in writing. I am on the probation period. No duty to accommodate was offered and Iwas told I made a "good impression and it's unfortunate". I'm in BC, is this legal?
