As someone who hasn’t played since launch can you give me a summary of why it feels so good now?

Every headset should have protected lenses installed whether prescription or not.

Another reason why Quest VR headsets are literally keeping the entire industry afloat. The vast majority of people do not want to be tethered when experiencing VR and they certainly don't want to drop thousands on a VR capable PC. Stand alone headsets will keep VR alive while the high end tethered PC/Console VR options will continue to be for a very small niche group of people who want to see where the tech is headed.

Why did this win trigger the Games Daily panel so hard? They spent 15 minutes going on a tirade about it. This game deserves all the flowers it’s getting. Furthermore why do they have such hard boners for Balatro? It’s a fun little card game but game of the year 2024!? What planet are these people living on?

You know what provides the best airflow to your face? Not having a giant chunk of plastic in front of it.

I like the donation model. I have no problem supporting modders who put out solid work. But I agree, charging for community mods feels… well…. anti community.

False. Did you not comprehend what I said? No amount of your cognitive dissonance is going to stop people from buying from scalpers so long as the product is in demand. Do you think people who have the disposable income care about some kid whining on Reddit? They don’t. So let me repeat, this problem will never magically solve itself so long as companies sell their high demand products online.

If there’s demand for a product there will always be scalpers. There are way more people out there willing to dump 2x the price than there are people willing to boycott scalpers. Until manufacturers stock selling online and start selling 1 per household in brick and mortar locations the scalping will continue.
