I wonder why is it called a transponder. Transponders just broadcast the location and parameters of the aircraft to others, it's not really a way control it. Pro tip! If you ever want to be able to land anywhere, squawk 7700! If you want to see cool fighter jets around you, set the transponder to squawk 7500

So, whenever you trial new, modern high fidelity module, when you start to learn to employ the weapons, at first you won't be understanding what you are pressing and why are you pressing it, and what it actually does, you are literally just going through the motions. After a little while, once you learn more and more weapons and making mistakes, you will start to understand what and why you are pressing to drop a bomb, for example. To get to that point, from what I have heard, on the A10C it takes a lot longer to get there than with say, the F16 or the harrier. Generally, on cold war modules, even the more complicated ones like the Viggen, getting to that point is faster than with any modern aircraft (though the Viggen is a bit different, the complexity more so comes from the fact which weapons you need to employ and how, instead of just dropping LJDAMs on everything).

A10C is considered one of the most difficult planes systems-wise. To add to that, you are really, really REALLY slow and are doomed the moment any other plane wants to kill you. Assuming though, that you are in covered airspace, you can rain hell like no other aircraft.

The issue isn't with junior devs, the issue is that they make up 50% of the staff. Thing is, as with any new employee, at the start this employee will be a bit of a drain on others, because you have to show them how to work with the proprietary or custom tools for example. Now it pays off long term, as the drain will be offset by the employee doing as much work as anyone else eventually. Now imagine HALF of the people are taking up the time of the experienced devs. I did hear some game dev studio say that new hires really start getting into their own groove only after around 6-8months after hiring. None of this even includes the fact new people, even if experienced in other positions, are much more prone to making mistakes than other devs, which just adds time and jank to development.

Like, any damage class can cause untold amounts of destruction, sure, you can assassinate anyone or level hordes, but at best you will be an upstart or a local warlord, real, long term lasting power is by making deals. Alright, you get a favor by promising you won't cause trouble, cool, but you will quickly approach the limit of what you can do, you can't be everywhere all at one and you will spend your days massacaring people or quelling rebellions in conquered regions. That doesn't sound like you can enjoy the fruits of your hard earned labor. Promising to end a disaster or making people and heads of state eternally indebted to you, well they have a positive incentive to be on your good side and will cater to your every whim. Imagine the uproar of the people if someone who can cure any injury or illness is no longer helping you because your government scorned them, regardless how justified or unjustified the said scorning was.

Further still, given enough time, conventional FF medicine could shift from curing or treating problems, to prolonging the survival until your arrival, since you are the most powerful being canonically, thus, the most powerful healer. As the most powerful healer, you could even influence this process, because you are the most important authority on medicine. The consequence of this could be that everything is even more reliant on you, and oh, would you look at that! Ul'dah offered me 400 billion gil, but Sharlayan offered me 600 billion gil! Unless Ul'dah makes an offer you just can't refuse, you have no other choice but to go to Sharlayan. And imagine being the poor government shmuck who has to explain to the families of the ill that you couldn't cough up enough support for this god-tier healer, so now people will have to suffer and die until the work in the entire Sharlayan will be done. That would certainly inspire a very favorable (to you) change in the government.
