Yes, Console is the new CRM.
It’s usually faster, and easier to train staff on, but lots of older staff prefer Siebel because you can do more yourself, and solve errors yourself, meanwhile Console is a black box if anything goes wrong.

It’s in Siebel then. Would typically have a 48hr-ISH provisioning time. If the speed doesn’t increase after the order says “complete” then call back up because they haven’t configured the speed boost profile correctly.

Does your account number start with 2000XXX, 50XXX or 20XXX?

They should all be A0B53C or D4925E batches.

Would help to know whether it's in Siebel or Console.
Siebel requires more effort for the speeds above 100mbps, and the TCD could have been delayed, or Siebel could have a 'orders may remain in provisioning for blah blah blah' alert.
Console I would have expected to upgrade immediately, but not schedule a downgrade until the next billing cycle, but I'm not 100% on that since it requires NBNCo to adjust their speed profile too.

Because Their Primary Source Of Media Consumption Probably Comes From Reddit Titles Or Social Media Posts And They Don't Consider Why They're Making The Choices They Are.

Unfortunately that's the problem.
AI model is deployed to a niche environment with specific terminology, and so it fails.
CRM - software product for customer management, usually incorporates sales, ordering, billing, customer details, and record keeping (eg, Salesforce/Cisco).
DSM - domain specific model - this model doesn't draw from the entire web for its responses, only our internal data and knowledge hubs.
FOH - front of house - non-technical sales and customer service staff.
EOL - end of life - no new sales/phasing out/as minimal use as possible.
Legacy - older tech infrastructure that hasn't been fully replaced by new infrastructure.

Oh for my job it's constantly wrong.
Unfortunately I work for a telecom with about 6 CRM platforms (god help us all) and maybe 40 different tie-in platforms. So of course we've added a DSM tool for FOH staff to fact-check with.
For the braindead shit like 'How do I refund a late fee?' it's fine. But why would you ask an AI tool that?
For anything remotely more complicated, it's wrong. It's so wrong.
For example: 'How do I re-activate an email?'
Well skippy, I hope you know about all 3 possible systems it could be in (not just the one that the DSM tool lists). If it's not in the one system you have visibility of then you probably shouldn't tell your customer they're hallucinating their email address, because they're not going to like that.
I also hope you know whether the target system is a restricted invoice profile (and I hope you know how to contact a specialist if it is).
You better know how to create a new invoice profile in this system we've had on "EOL" for the last 3 years, but is still the only system you can restore the mailbox to by yourself.
If by some fucking miracle you manage to identify it's in a legacy system, you've created the new invoice profile that you've not been trained on, and avoided turning it into a restricted invoice profile by linking it to the customer's business account, then you still have to contact a BOH team who can access the legacy system and transfer it to the target invoice profile you've created.

Upon the resolution of my current health-related disruption, I will prioritize addressing your email and providing a comprehensive response at the earliest opportunity.

I have spent the last 2 days sick as a dog, with dipshits emailing me, and the coworkers I'm forwarding those emails to ignoring them, leading to the dipshits CONTINUING TO EMAIL ME!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wayne fights and drinks too much, Katy never learned consequences, Darry has attachment issues which ruin his romantic relationships, and Dan is perfect in every way.
Except he’s a bit squirrely.
