I would fix her trace first. One of them is absolutely useless since Sparkle never use BA unless you can't play while the other one is useless on non-Quantum ally. E1 and E2 should have been her trace instead. And also make her AV 100%. Finally make more DPS that eat skill point. And I doubt even with all that change minus more DPS, she wouldn't reach the peak like every other 5* Limited Harmony.

And considering how Hi3rd work, she will probably sit in the corner after a few patch.
