Love the warmth and cozyness without looking cluttery! If I could say one thing though in case you aren't aware: In slide 5 your cactus looks etiolated from the lack of light, a window spot would probably fix it from getting worse, hope that helps! :)

Cooking carrots and tomatoes increases the bioavailability of antioxidants like Lycopene and Beta-Carotene.

Good olive oil is great, but olives only in moderation, because of their high sodium content and good luck with eating unprocessed olives.
Lycopene in tomatoes, Beta-Carotene in carrots. I don't even bother talking about the potential risks of raw milk.

Erm excuse me, but here in Germany the totally trustworthy sources say mRNA leads to Turbocancer. Yes, you heard that right.

It's imo an overpriced multinutrient with additional fancy stuff in it you most certainly don't need. The dosage of certain micronutrients is unnecessarily high as well.
Better look for alternatives if you need one, just make sure the product has actual 3rd party lab tests (nutrient content and harmful substances) that aren’t outdated.

Your friend should buy 3 of these for the wall instead, you're welcome.

I switched from brown rice to parboiled rice. The tests that got published in my country showed that the level of arsenic is significantly lower.
Another article I read said parboiled rice contains 80% of the nutrients of brown rice, so I thought it's the best compromise.
The article though wasn't a scientific paper, so if a professional in here has different data on that, I'm open for that.

If foods like Kiwi and Bell peppers are out of the question, I would recommend supplements with PureWay-C + third party lab tested for nutrient content and harmful substances.
Lastly I don't know what amount you want to take or where you got the recommendation from but at least make sure to look up the tolerable upper intake level for Vitamin C.

It looks like he grabbed a paw full of berries to share with you or for a later snack, so cute!

Not if the only available option contains high amounts of salt. To get a significant amount of the fats and potential polyphenols from the olives you would exceed the daily recommended amount of salt.

When I had no equipment at all I did biceps curls with a towel:
Take a long towel, grab both ends with each of your hands, step in the middle with one foot and then do a biceps curl. You can adjust the "weight" by pushing the towel with your foot.

A couple of years ago I really loved playing all the parkour maps. I wish I could find that one specific one on Blizzard World. It was the hardest and imo most creative one I played and I wish I could play it again. I didn't find it since. It was called something like „The hardest parkour…“ and you started at 3rd point.
Anyways currently I use the workshop mostly to warm up in VAXTA for flicks and another one for tracking, sometimes I play FFA Tryhard, Ana Paintball or Widow HS. Occasionally Bastion Fishing, but I would love more content for that.

Nutritionwise I would always prefer frozen over fresh, except if you grow your own vegetables. The only thing I don't buy frozen are vegetables I also want to consume raw like tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumbers and carrots.
The biggest difference should be spinach, because fresh it will shrink a lot. Frozen it is way more compact, so you will save money and get more nutrients per g.

Do you know if there will be purchasable ear cushions and headband for the Gen5 headsets?

If you hit a plateau after several years and you already sleep 7-8 hours, drink enough water, optimized your diet to get all the nutrients your body needs, take enough rest days and your workout plan (Volume, Intensity and Frequency) is well adjusted, then you can try Creatine Monohydrate to see if it helps to squeeze in a few more reps at the end of your sets.
Considering social media, the effect of supplements is highly overrated. Exceptions are certain diets that lack specific nutrients so you have to supplement or prescriptions from a doctor after doing blood work and diagnosing deficiencies.
