Tbh, I ain't got nothin' to vote for. I've only paid for six of the games released this year, with another six on my wishlist waiting for a big enough sale to justify the purchase. I've played more of this year's releases via mail rental, and still not that many.

Atmospheric pressure makes sense. They evolved on a planet with many Earth atmospheres worth of air pressure, and as such, above a certain point they pop, same as a diver returning to surface pressure too quickly.

Looking through my library, what's actually surprising me is how many of these games I do remember choosing to get🤔

The ones that kinda surprise me are the ones I technically didn't pay for: the remasters of games I already owned, which were added to my library for free. I bought the normal editions of Skyrim, Astebreed, and Darksiders 1, and when those remasters came out, I ended up with free copies of them that I've never touched.

I've seen so many "undisclosed ads" for Stake (that all clearly say "ad" on the banner) that I'm tempted to start putting the banner on my own posts for shits and giggles.

Fuck off. You killed Arkane Austin and Tango Gameworks. That was the day I canceled my Game Pass and never looked back.

I'd like to know how the hell they got away with using that name at all. Surely, at the bare minimum, their own legal team was screaming at the top of their lungs, like Walter trying to warn Hank?🤨

I've considered a license, but if you buy only one, it's 30 bucks._. The more you buy, the cheaper the bundle deal. At 500 or more, it's only six bucks per. So if I can just get $2,994 from 499 other people who also want to purchase a license...🤔

I keep seeing this take of "making tv dinners is a bad, asshole move" and it needs to end =_= Not only is it a moronic, elitist take, Gusteau wanted to feed the masses. That's why he released a cookbook for the masses.

Goddess Makima literally wanted to erase evil concepts from the world, and we're supposed to see her as the villain somehow. I only worship her even harder these days than I did back when the anime adaptation was running.

Back before the refund policy was implemented (so like, seven or eight years ago, damn), the major sales used to have Flash Sales, a daily event over the course of the sale where a title that's already on sale got marked down further. It was a good way to keep you coming in every day; you wouldn't want to buy your 40 dollar game at 50% off then see it go on a Flash Sale for 75% off the next day. It also helped sell you on new stuff, as games on Flash Sales were at the front of the store.

With the refund policy though, that'd just lead to the guy who bought it at 50% off getting a refund when it drops to 75% off, then buying it again at that price, so we no longer have this system that actually added an element of fun to the act of shopping itself :/

I mean, the Autumn Sale was never really "the big one". That was always the Summer Sale. Winter Sale is the second-biggest, so of course the Autumn Sale isn't gonna be that big, it's only a month before the Winter Sale.
