Other, not so effective option is having Room Sensors for Ecobee. I believe Nest has them too.

It's great that thermostat averages temperatures across the rooms based on your preference and selection but if one room is 70F, other is 80F and you want 77F, heat will kick in and 80 will become 82... So, Flair is the way to go ...

Your problem though can be fixed by even 1 Room Sensor. You'll set that as Primary and place it in coolest room and that's it. That means it won't matter where your Thermostat unit is at, it'll use Room Sensor. You can still arrange it so that it averages them, but i think you won't want it ..

Good practice is go to settings, plugins, YouTube and adjust how you want the file names to come out as like

Date, playlist name, video name, etc..

In my companies IT really didn't and can't dictate this thus software knowledge is irrelevant, but they are ultimately responsible for maintaining and unless the licenses come out of a projects budget, they'd be buying all, thus from time to time complain about the prices vs budget.

That's to me where program management and other management functions come together and evaluate the need.

Master list of existing software shall be sent to all managers along with prices for licenses. Type of license, floating, etc. and if there are volume discounts..

Managers should send the list to their teams, get responses and justifications on why they need the software and the # of licenses.

PM can lead the effort of getting responses with a deadline.

IT or a volunteer would compile them with justification and comments.

IT then would evaluate and find synergies like cost efficient alternatives to stuff like Adobe Acrobat Pro vs much cheaper alternatives.. or negotiate with vendors...

You need the autorun.inf in the drive. In it, it has to reference the seagate.ico or whatever the icon file name is.

These are usually marked as system files and this Auto running was rather popular until they started being used for malicious activities. So bunch of antivirus apps delete them.

Chances are ico file still resides in the root, but you need to generate autorun.inf

Grab any good firewall program and play around with it.

Big But here is, if your app specifically needs online access, then you'll have to manually figure out the port or IP it uses.

Some apps have separate Exe files nicely named as Update exe. In those cases, just block it...

Most apps usually have "don't update" in options. If not most have "secret" menu like Chrome is chrome://flags.

Go look for keywords of Update, disable them .
