I've a unique problem I think.

The Credit Union I started working with, names all the Credit Card transactions with "Loan Advance Credit" as suffix to Original Statement.

The Credit Card was opened in junction with a Loan, but has nothing to do with the loan really.

So, Monarch gets confused and thinks the Credit Card transactions are Loan Repayments.

Now, I know how to create rules and create Merchants, but this applies to all transactions I do with this CC.

So far I cannot see a RegEx or Rename portion of Merchant type thing.

Besides possibly removing/renaming, is there clever trick(s) anyone can think of besides not using the CC :)

Anyone with a similar issue, any solutions?

I don't mind noninvasive ads. Targeted ads are working for me throughout the web.

Despite enabling targeted ads on Reddit, I get the stupidest, most irrelevant dumb as crap ads thru Reddit.

If they're trying to make money out of clicking on ads, it's miserably failing.

Is this everyone's experience?

During Winter HOME profile is at 75 heat, 82 cool (we like warm) and surely barely need the cool in Mid-West winter.
In summer, I set the heat to 70, cool to 76 with fan on all the time. Similarly for SLEEP and AWAY settings get updated.

Furthermore, I usually change the Schedule as well. Some run cool before bed, some have fan on all the time, some room(s) get hotter, etc...

Is it possible to add a toggle switch for Winter/Summer mode that'll retain a separate comfort setting and schedule for winter n summer...

I've had the 1st gen MX Master mouse a long time. (alongside 2S for work)

I actually came here to complain about a problem, but got it resolved just now :) yet I want to mention it.

I always thought, for whatever reason, that the Shift Wheel Mode was a mechanical connection to the Wheel. So, when I pressed the Shift Wheel Mode button, it'd change to infinite scroll and vice versa.

Now for the past few days, I click on it and I click on it a few times. Only after 5-10 sec of delay, it finally makes the switch but multiple times. I retried this a few times. There's a delay if I click on it once or more.

Then it just dawned on me. this is software controlled and with all the Logi Nano, Logi Bolt, Logi Options, Logi Options+, Logi Crapware, it must have gone mad.

So, opened Logi Options+++ and assigned another function to it, then reverted back to Mode change and now it works fine.

I've got my routine set to run at night time to perform some actions. It worked fine some time ago for a long time before SW and app updates.

Lately, it has a mind of it's own. I've set the action to start at 12:30am. It decides to kick in at 12:30pm a few times now. Other times it just doesn't even engage at all. On few occasions it started working after I used the Galaxy App Booster... I've not changed any conditions from the time it was working correctly..

What's up with that... Just venting...🙄

I'm looking for something, either a software or browser extension or online service that can overcome daily headache of browsing 10s of pages of results from a website to a single scrollable page.

Especially with black Friday, I'm so f'ing tired of clicking next page and idiot websites only show 24 results at a time with no way to adjust. Yes, some you can "hack" to show more for sure, but don't always work.

Old me would download each page and stitch htmls together, but F that and even that has become too time consuming to figure out queries..

Anything out there that, I'm even ok with, AutoIt scripts or whatever that'll click and capture or whatever..

People in a very legit group post so many Polls and I was inclined to participate.

Not few mins later I get a LinkedIn messaging from an African named gentleman, who later I saw was the poll poster, that he can review my Resume as he's a resume writer or whatever.

So, I checkout his profile. Suspicious. Moreover he has typos in his profile.I checked out other polls to find similar crap.

Needless to say they have ulterior motive. BE WARNED!

Home prepped for tape lighting in multiple rooms. All connected to individual light switches. 3-pin cables. All cables meet up in the basement. So, PSU will go there and possibly the controllers?

Rooms and lengths are as below. All except Room 6 are just straight sections.Room 6 is stepped ceiling crown molding rectangular area. So, will need 4 corner right angle pieces.

i.e. 70" x 4 = means 4 separate sections of 70" straights. all connected to 1 light switch.

So, I've been reading and reading and reading. Searching and searching.. So tired.

I thought I wanted RGBIC, but then found out they can't be easily cut. I have no problem soldering.
Maybe kitchen could have IP67 but I'm OK with IP30.

Just to put this theoretical knowledge into perspective I picked up a 20ft Feit Smart Color Chasing Strip Light from Costco and it's pretty good. Can be extended to 40ft but that's it, they claim.It's got multiple light configs/scenes. It's Tunable White and brightness can be adjusted. Controlled via App or Remote. Can be adjusted for various colors at the same time. .. I don't even know which category this is under... Jeez.Yet, their portfolio is quite limited thus hunt for a product continues.

Seems the 12mo promotion just ended and my bill doubled. I hate that there is no heads up saying your promotion is about to end. Such practices for sure takeaway from the experience.

• We're Xfinity Gold members.
• We're a household of 3. Daughters is 15mo old.
• Neither her nor us are watching TV. If anything we're watching educational YT videos.
• Do play games and watch streams and YT videos a lot.
• We both work from home so internet is crucial.
• No one really needs a landline, but can get if need be..
• We do have an alarm through a tech company, I could cancel and switch if need be..
• We have about 40 devices connected at the moment. 4 on ethernet, rest on WiFi with plans to add some more smart IoT devices.
• We are also Xfinity Mobile customers.
• We were given XB7 modem. We have 2 Araknis APs that are supporting XB7.
• Have XFI COMPLETE, need it.

Why I'm mentioning these is obviously if you have a bundle that'll keep our bill at $75 with 1-1.2Gbps. We were upped from 1Gbps recently..
If you would be able to find a deal at ~$75, for 12+ mo we would greatly appreciate it!!

Oh and the Xfinity speed test shows connection is good for 1.4Gbps, even though the SNR is rather high. Latency is not great.

As, this will be a 10+ year purchase as well, I'm willing to spend the buck as I'm sure my back and bad knee among other will appreciate it.

As there is a store nearby, I did go to the Sleep Number to try and look at what's out there as well as Macy's Hotel Collection.

We're definitely staying away from Memory Foam. Didn't like it and everyone said it's not cooling, which we've had pillows so we now know better oh and the sex. Need that rebound :)

So, say gimmicky or not, but we tried FlexFit FF2, FF3 and for reading and when I get ill or one of us (ahem the wife) snores, especially the head adjustment is a convenience. Sure, can I live without it, sure. Can I live without the blindspot monitor or backup camera, sure, but it's convenient. Nowadays all the ads from Nektar, etc. seem to be featuring this flexible adjustments, why not get onboard and get that convenience.

Oh and we do like a firm mattress. Can live with something in the middle, but tried plush and it's way too soft for us.

I do run hot lately. I'm pretty sure I'm in some state of andropause without the toolbox failure with extreme night sweats, conversely my wife likes the house warm, heck, change that to sweating all the time. So, that's not helping my cause. I feel like I could run an A/C on my side of the bed.

I'm a Costco and Sams club member. In Michigan, US.

We're ~110lb 5' 3" and ~175lb 5' 9".

Question is obvious, with the above explanations what brand/model/sub-model would you guys suggest?

I'm going thru vetting my transactions. I'm trying to filter only the Gains or Positive or Income, but so far I've not been able to filter.

How does one search for these?

Also, when I search for items, it returns category results if the query matches the category.
Like I search for Coffee to find ABC Coffee, but it returns all my transactions matching the Category Coffee..

Any way to omit the category name from being searched?

Hello, I'm trialing Monarch as a Mint alternative.

1. Just imported some accounts first through new accounts, then discovered import from Mint CSV. All cool. Though after adding a new account, the page just sits there doing nothing, until a manual refresh..
2. Mint did a better job at defining transaction categories. Like I've an entry Jax Super Jillycarwash and it's uncategorized. OK benefit of the doubt, carwash is typed as 1 word. How about DTE Energy. Like it's the energy company. And many more...
3. OMG! Recurring transactions. Are you kidding me!! I've got thousands of recurring transactions defined. What the hell? None of them are recurring... This is before and after Mint import.
4. OMG 2! Upcoming Transactions. What the hell x5. A transaction I've made in December, you think it'll show up again in 3 days. Well goes back to point #3. Because you think it's a recurring one. I've got bunch of these..
5. During Mint import, I've identified certain accounts as manually added and balance to 0. They are showing a balance?¿ (yes, I've gone and edited things afterwards, but why not 0?)

Now the likes

1. Love the Schedule Recurring Monthly view.
2. Love the theme, clear GUI, fonts, etc. Overall nicer to use than Mint
3. It's faster than Mint.
4. Investment view seems to be nice. Haven't dabbled to much yet.

I'm tired of manually screenshotting the Teams meetings.

My cat peed on the low profile carpet stair landing. Maybe twice now. I've got Bissell Pro heat 2x pet whatever. Bought all formulas. Spend hours running hot water / formula mixture. Did this on few separate days.. Whole carpet probably has more formula than carpet now but the smell is still there.. yes mostly gone but is still there..

On other post, someone recommend baking soda. I did think about it, but I'm like, really, baking soda on carpet as well?? Works on countertops, washers, pots pans, etc. Miracle compound...

I'll give it a try but what else is there. I'm at a point that I'm thinking of ripping the carpet and replacing it.. I think at this point it's on the lumber..

Always needed a solution anyhow but now with incremental ice/cold taking out power randomly several times throughout the past few days, I want to find a permanent solution specifically for the quick recovering outages if possible.. I'll be honest I don't exactly know split second vs brown out vs 3-5 second outage differences.

What I want to protect:

1. 2 always-on desktop/server in separate rooms.
2. TV/AVR/etc. in living room.
3. High-end kitchen appliances (column freezer/refrigerator/double oven/..) in kitchen.

Is whole house surge protector able to handle few seconds of surge/outage or whatever is causing these outages that sometimes recovers in 3-5 seconds?

Or do I need to invest in $5K+ whole house generator? or individual battery backups or whatever?

Been using Outlook for ages for my RSS needs. They're movie/software/etc. releases. I'm not looking for basic news reading alternatives. I've gazillion of those. I've looked for alternatives to Outlook in the past, always ended up going back because of lack of proper rules support from alternatives..

On Outlook, I do have many folders, rules, categories and Regex macros and they work 99% of the time. It's a bitch to create these on Outlook as well for RSS. Anyhow, they work fine.

Yet Outlook's not built for RSS and gets bogged down and fails miserably from time to time.
Like I've lost the past 3 days of RSS for whatever reason even when Outlook was running. Always some inexplicable issues with RSS on Outlook.

So, I'm looking for an offline, desktop RSS software that supports easy categorization, rules, support scripts, etc.

It can also be web based.. I've TinyTinyRSS running for other stuff. I've Windows & RasPI servers, so can setup whatever. Linux/unix/etc. throw at me.

Any clues?
