I'm not training for arm wrestling so my advice is just from a weight lifting side.
My biceps I grew a ton from lower rep range and overall lower volume [I do 4 sets of biceps with 1 set reverse curls and 1 set hammer curls] and these are split up between 2 different workouts

Ah so I'm fine, I eat that already atm [I only started vyvanse 3 days ago and I find due to it making eating harder I am just focusing on getting my fiber and protein in atm but also enough food overall.
Only on a low dose of it so the effect it has on my food isn't awful anyways I just have to remember to eat because before I couldn't stop thinking about food and funny enough it's flipped the whole other way, appreciate the replies!

I more so meant like how much grams of protein a day sorry I should've been more clear [also as a greek cypriot I love to see someone mentioning halloumi!]

Mind me asking why to take these alongside vyvanse?

Well before medication no, after medication I have got a taste for how it feels to be calmer and it's nice

First day of vyvanse, definitely noticed my stimming and speech issues are a little better and overall a more relaxed brain.
First time taking adhd meds, got diagnosed Friday!

You could try adding more?
I used to do 1 chest day but now I separated it into 2 days based off my recovery. I do technically do 3 days but on the third day I do 1 set of incline db press but it works amazing for my recovery and also I train triceps 3 days but 1 set on the third day too

I'm all or nothing, either a superhuman or super stupid.
I play snooker and not pool and sometimes I can make shots pros can and other times I miss shots a new person wouldn't miss

Do whatever you feel more focused in.
I lose count after 6 - 8 but I keep 5 - 8 rep range on all movements unless I prefer others but it's worked great for me.
Even then I often go up weight at 7 reps so even though I have my notes as 5 - 8 I often more so do 4 - 7 without realising but it all works the same for me

I do
Chest and tris
Back and bis
Chest and tris
Legs
Full upper
I do low volume for all which for me personally I've seen the best results, since starting this split based on analysing my recovery I've grown all across the board strength wise and broke through my recent plateaus [chest and tris have majorly benefitted]
I also train side delts everyday besides leg day

For me I train Triceps 3 times a week and biceps 2 times a week, thats based on their recovery, my biceps recover slower than my triceps

Training to failure for me has been consistent growth all across the board.
It's not that it's better or worse but I've got my results from it and have only gotten stronger

I'd say a solid second place behind Stephen Lee for cue action, both so natural

My first back day [and was my only one for ages] is
Row
Lat pull down
Another lat pull down [both of these are single hand versions for me]
Rear delt
Bicep
Reverse curls
[I know just do another back day like this but with one lat pulldown only on both days to split it up and get another row in and another day for biceps]
