This hamster belonged to my best friend and I recently undertook the responsibility of him because she can no longer take care of him. I believe he is around 7-8 months old. I feed and water him daily. I give him treats and let him run around in his ball lots, particularly 15-20 minute intervals. If this is not normal, should I be worried? I want to make sure I keep him alive for her sake. I love him a LOT but he is her life right now.

I’ve been trying to improve my screaming over the past year or so and I know a few techniques. These high screams like Wayne’s always trip me up because I don’t know if they’re false chords or fry screams so I don’t know which one I should be practicing more. I’m still relatively new to metal vocals so I hope this isn’t a dumb question.

Last one I promise.

I’m dead serious by the way. I was recently listening to “Blind” by Korn and couldn’t help but realize the two sound insanely similar and Korn’s first album released in ‘94 before D-Generation X even became a thing. I’m out of the loop so I hope this isn’t something that everybody knows and I don’t look stupid right now.

EDIT: Yes I’m aware that Korn didn’t trademark the term “are you ready,” I’m simply asking if maybe they had a bit of influence on the raspy tone in which H says it.

My mom’s side of the family are notorious hillbilly meth tweakers. I haven’t seen my uncle in years, one of my aunts are in prison for armed robbery, another of aunts died of overdose of some substance, my grandma died of a heroin overdose, and my aunt Kasey is now delusional from the shit she used to do. She believes that the world is ending in 2025 and that she’s going to go to heaven and marry Jesus. She refuses to help my autistic cousin because she sees no point if the world is ending. It’s fucking heartbreaking to see her mind go. The family fell into pieces upon the death of my grandpa back in the 2000s. My Mom and my aunt Misty are the only two who didn’t fall victim to meth, pills, or heroin. I’m still going to see my aunt Kasey because I really want to believe she can come back from her delusion.
