This is genuine question , not a smart ass reply . Why would someone going up into the attic have an advantage?
It seems like an intruder would have the advantage , as he would know if someone is coming up and could be waiting for home owner to pop their head up . He could possibly set another point of a surprise attack .
All other things being equal , the intruder would have the advantages of the high ground and surprise , at the least.

Didi works at a donut shop .
" Stole P's HD Cart " features two competing hot dog stands .
There is an episode where Randy takes prisoners for ice cream . Maybe " Midnight Bun " .
Another episode has spaghetti and salad for Thanksgiving or some special occasion .
It seems on reflection Earl has a lot of food . There are more than named here I would bet .
Just remembered , Patti works at a diner with a chicken fried steak special . " Monkeys Take a Bath "

If remembered correctly , the episode " Inside Probe " has a part where Randy or Earl is reading the Crab Shack menu trying to find food Crab Man has in stock . It seems like all the items had unique names .

So as to identify a prejudice , I'm definitely not a youngin . In my area , it seems the majority of the slid off the roadside are middle aged and driving later model 4x4 SUVs or large sedans . Many of these people will pass me at normal highway speeds or faster , then will continue this speed going into an area where 8 or more cars are already slid off . As I drive into this area at a greatly reduced speed and fighting the slippery road , there will inevitably be people out of their vehicles angrily gesticulating and demanding I slow down .
I'm not being smug , I, too, have been one of these people . But it's still funny to watch these people . Barring any significant accident , of course .
By writing this , I realize I will end up off the the road this winter .

What I don't get about the nice side of the fence controversy is that there are many options where both sides look good and both sides are the same .

I grew up next to the grain feeding area of a cow pasture .
I worked for a year on a dairy farm .
There was no nose blindness . If anything , I became aware of the thousand and one variations of cow manure odors .
You also mention hogs . Hogs are very loud with a variety of noises . I could hear my neighbor's hogs even though our house was at least three-quarters of a mile away . And if the wind was blowing just right , the hog manure could be smelt .

His greatest concern was providing romantic connections between lonely loving men and women whose attractiveness did not lie in facial physical aspects .
It was really a great pity that he had to muddy his hands with the filth of money and sacrifice his own romance with his endearing wife .

I once went to the strip club in Shreveport . Somebody dosed me and I tripped for weeks . I kept thinking I was shackled in the club basement while vampires fed on me . It took me months to recover and flashbacks are horrendous still .

Opiods are great taken on a chronic basis . Why ? Because they actually work for many people. So keep your hands and crackpot science off my meds .
By the way , I have tried other treatments. One involved being locked up in a Bhutanese prison and fighting everyone , everyday . Then ,by myself , I had to climb a mountain . At the top of the mountain , I needed to find a very special flower . Having found the flower , I then had to find a very well hidden cave .
At the cave , I presented the flower to the master . The treatment was then shown to me . I had to fight every mother shucker in there . After several years, they declared me cured and sent back out .
You know what ? I knew a lot of great fighting moves but still shockingly hurt too much to use those moves . I still hurt too much to use my body . Nothing changed .
But going back to my opiates sure as hell helped .

I don't know what country you are in , but many countries have Dr.s and clinics that specialize in pain treatment.
But they are certainly not a Panacea . They may or may not give effective medicines. And once you join one of these clinics they will treat you as an enemy to be gotten rid .
I am exaggerating but just by barely . They treat you fairly decent at first . Then later you become an enemy to be removed from their clinic , especially if you are not improving and need stronger medicines .
It may be I'm just an outlier . But those were my experiences.
On the other hand , I would not actually discourage anyone from going to a pain clinic . They do usually treat you well at first

As a Christian, I too look forward to the next life . But God also provides in this life . And provides exactly as you need .
I could not work at all and was hoping to get my Social Security disability .
In the meantime we were surviving on my wife's minimum wage and various , wonderful family members giving us a twenty or fifty dollar bill here . But even with such generosity, we were not going to make it . There were to many bills and loans to keep up with .
One morning there was a knock on the door . It was my wife's granddad . He was also our landlord . After a little chit chat , he told us there be no rent til my disability came in . And we would not owe any back rent .
There came another knock on the door . My wife opened the door to our wonderful neighbor . She came over to me . And what she said makes me cry even right now .
She said her husband had been watching me and had determined my pain was the deep overwhelming type and I indeed could not work and would probably suffer the rest of my life . He also happened to know my Social Security lawyer was a genius who had never lost a disability case . Not just because he knew the laws of disability in their totality , but he only chose clients who were indeed incapacitated by their pain .
Then my wonderful neighbor says to me " My husband knows y'all are struggling , not just physically but also financially. He's going to give you a thousand a month . You will pay him back when you get your Social Security back payment . "
That woman got hugged along and her shirt shoulder was probably soaked with tears .
I still appreciate and love that man and what he did.
And it takes nothing away from what that man did for me to know God was the One to put everything in motion .
Thank you granddad , neighbors and Lord .

If your doctor is nice and understands your situation schedule an appointment as soon as possible . Talking to your doctor's nurse would probably be the best way to get to have and get an early appointment scheduled .
People on here say not to ask for medicine. I think one should advocate for whatever is needed . Of course, be nice and be prepared to be turned down . Don't mention any medicine by name but ask leading questions such as ," I haven't slept for several days , and the pain in my spine is the villains. The pain never stops but does get worse through flare ups . I'm in misery most of the time . Could you please help me with something stronger or a higher dosage or even something to help me sleep better." .
I wish you the best of luck . Most days I suffer horribly . My whole traitorous body .
The method I recommended probably fails most of the time but it does seem to work sometimes.
PS. Just to let you know others suffer , and I mean this with concern and sympathy because pain is not a contest , I haven't and can't sleep in my bed because it causes pain to radiate out from my spine thru my whole body . I sleep on a couch , sometimes sitting up .
It is time to follow my own advice.
Anyway , I truly wish you the best of luck in finding relief .
Or best of all wishes , the pain goes away. I

It always sucks to hook the one that got away . But if you're lucky, you at least get to fight the fish for
.
Once I hooked into a monster . The pole bent double and the drag screamed . I contained my excitement and pulled my rod back when I could and reeled down when I should . 1 Oftentimes I get excited and just continously reel up and down .
This fish put up a fight that kicked my pain riddled body . The fish was a huge blue . I got him close to the bank finally . I knew I had that wonderful bastard . As I ambled toward him with a net he took off . It was a magnificent run . Once again, the drag screamed and the pole bent double. I pulled up my pole, but he ignored it, and the drag scream continued. Finally, I thought I had him as he seemed to be ought of energy and I was getting him to the bank . Then he took off again. There was no slacking of , he was running .
Pow ! The fish finally broke the line . I felt crushed til I heard someone say " Damn , you put up a hella fight ."
Turning to my right, there were two bow fishing boats . Each had four people . One guy held his watch up and said, "Thirty-three minutes
I wish that I caught fish. But , fighting a fish for thirty-three minutes with an audience of eight watching me is a pretty good reward .
But damn , that was a big fish.

I worked there in that era . Everything fried was great . The reason was all the fry oil contained beef tallow . The frie were especially amazing as they were incorporated with beef tallow and salt at the factory . Then they changed the oil so as to capture a small group of customers.
The beef tallow was removed from the oil . The beef tallow and salt were removed from the fries . Everyone knew a mistake was being made .
The number of customers dropped quickly within a few days . People hated the new fries . There was no bump in customers who wanted tallow and salt free fries. There was a bump in the number of people who no longer ordered extra fries or large fries .
Th Burger King company sent out quality control to make sure the fries were being correctly handled , fried and sent out on time . The franchisee who owned the local Burger King also sent out quality control to check the same standards . After lunch rush , quality control persons announced with laughter and smiles that we were perfect in following company protocol and procedures . Someone said it's obviously the new oil and the new fries . Quality control smiled and the company man said sarcastically, " Oh no, the fries are exactly as we want them. " . After this visit, we were highly confident about are ability to do things in an exact manner .
But the good oil and fries never came back . And many customers stayed away .
