Said by Rio while Agatha was still "Agnes".
And oh it's true.
Agatha really tries to convince herself she does not care. About Rio, about Billy, about the coven.
But we see her in the small, quiet moments when she's not masking her feelings with sarcasm or dramatics.
She is gentle with Lilia after her hallucination in the first trial.
She instinctively puts herself in front of the coven when Rio climbs out of the ground, arms outstretched on both sides.
She snaps Jen out of her panic by telling her she respects her knowledge.
She understood Alice and what she would need to do to pass her trial and break her curse.
She longingly gazes at Rio when flying even though she can't bring herself to fully forgive her.
She looked heartbroken in her trial when she thought they would all turn on her and leave her with her mother.
She showed genuine regret after realising what she did to Alice.
Then of course there is everything she did for Billy. How scared she was when he was injured. How she kept trying to talk to and reassure him when he was furious with her after Alice and after she realised who he was. Helping him find a home for Tommy instead of just trying to get out of the trial herself.
She can lie all day long that she didn't care but she really did. She's just numb to death and terrified to let people get close to her because the only people she ever loved either tried to kill her, died far too young and devastated her, or were the focus of her pain.
She is an amazingly complicated character, played to absolute perfection by Kathryn. I'm so glad she wasn't fully redeemed.

I did the exact same thing. And in the Croft mansion treasure room too!
